I don't see her sticking around if he broke the door down prior to that terrible day.

We really don't know what or how much she put up with prior to being murdered. She stayed after he put a gun to his and her head. Thats worse than breaking a door down.

True, she may have told someone. Though I do not have much confidence at all in young women noticing a cracked door frame to their parents bedroom. Depends on how obvious the damage is. They did not fight much in front of the girls so I assume it could have happened at any time they were alone and fighting. We just have to be careful of creating fictional scenarios on very little info. JMO.

Creating fictional scenarios is what we do until trial.

How do we account for that missing brown towel, though? I still think that he snuck up on her while she was sunbathing. Perhaps, blood or some other type of DNA got on that towel. Barry had to throw it away.

Finally seated inside the courtroom. Day 4 of 4. The prosecution and Barry’s defense attorneys exited the courtroom and went into a smaller room to discuss something.

Barry is in a gray, maybe brown suit and the usual cowboy boots. Macy and Mallory are in attendance as well as Barry’s mother and sister.

Isn't it interesting that people were communicating with Suzanne on Saturday until Barry got home...and never again?. Then, Suzanne didn't go missing until after Barry left for Broomfield? And to add to Barry's rotten luck...no one saw Suzanne on her bike ride Sunday. If ever a tragic comedy of errors befalls one poor guy...this is it.

Let the doubters explain this away. MOO

I think LE will argue that BM took his 22 short rifle, removed a single bullet from the chamber, put it in his pocket. He then took a dart and syringe of tranq, removed the syringe cap, filled the dart, loaded the rifle with the dart. He put the syringe cap in his pocket.

He then shot her with the dart outside.
She ran to get away. She did not have her phone. She locked herself in her bedroom. He broke down the door.

He finished her off on the bed, smothering her. A struggle occured, which resulted in her scratching his arm and a bullet falling out of his pocket.

The syringe cap ended up in dryer vent when he washed his sweaty, contaminated clothes.

Does it ring true? We'll find out.

He may have taken those shorts off in that room.

He did tell investigators they'd had adult time. We just don't call it that when one person is incapacitated and unconsenting.

Power. Rage.

Beautiful Suzanne came face to face with the ugly side of humanity.

Worse, I think he feels it was justified.

Ghastly.

what if she showered and just used that brown towel to dry off, changed into the white shorts that he so helpfully recalled - and he picked that up when he moved the body ? he wouldn't have kept it if it had a speck of evidence IMO

Putting on my potential juror hat, that wouldn't move the needle. We have beach and bath towels all over the property that get grabbed and used for something, or other. Eventually they get tossed.

Now being asked about the "chipmunk gun" #BarryMorphew voluntarily handed the investigators the gun. March 5th investigators talked with him about Suzanne's affair. He said her daughters would condone her.
