Excellent point. I drive a 1998 4Runner. This same thing happened to me this year. Surely someone at a Ford dealership could explain this. I may have to drive into town.

My friend just said the drive cycle thing wouldn't affect gps, but mentioned the ford forum where they talk about the fuse. He said it would be interesting if they have evidence of Barry perusing those forums...

I have a bit of a problem with the Judge, really. It's his Court. He can bang the gavel and demand everyone stop talking. He can have a clerk use a timer to time the exact amount of time and give a one-minute warning. He can tell the defense, in the moment, they have one question left and time is up.

I think it's a little rich for him to complain about it after the fact when he's the only person who can stop it when it's happening!

And lawyers are used to timed examinations. In depositions you negotiate the exact amount of time you get and the Court can even order the schedule. So it is not crazy to have to stick to your 15 minutes or 30 minutes, etc.

Agree. He needs to balance that justice scale starting now.

Chaffee County Deputy Himschoot helped in the search and inspection of the Morphew home and looked at the gun safe and laundry room. We are about to watch body cam video of the photographs that were taken of the dryer and laundry room.

Yes, but I believe this objection was regarding Suzanne's supposed lies to Sheila via texting.
Both daughters had better be called to testify during the trial.
