Found Deceased CO - Suzanne Morphew, 49, Chaffee County, 10 May 2020 #77 *ARREST*

I think maybe on the first day when they ran through the affair texts, the actual AA may contain copies of the texts. Those could be difficult for the girls to see.

But after hearing three days of this, I seriously see no reason why they needed a 126 page AA that's so sensitive it needs to be sealed.

They really just needed to say:

- History of DV according to SM's friends
- 2:49 Suzanne's last text was to affair partner
- 2:47 Barry's truck gets home
- 2:49 Barry's phone goes to Airplane mode
- no further communication from SM
- XXpm Barry's truck leaves, GPS wiped, unaccounted for X hours
-10xx pm Barry back home
- No contact from SM on Mother's day
- 911 call

LE finds BM with (allegedly) defensive wounds. One dish in dishwasher. Morning coffee still out. Tranq dart in drier. BM claims he was shooting chipmunks. Master bedroom door broken in.

BM tracked near evidence disposal site (bike, helmet). BM caught on surveillance dumping garbage in 5 difference places with no explanation. Hotel room smells like cleaning supplies. No alibi.

...right? Could be 5 pages with LE/FBI testifying to the results of the investigation.

what are the odds that it is a coincidence that Barry's vehicle and/or phone were detected within the immediate proximity of both the bike and the helmet at separate times; while contradicting his testimony of his whereabouts at the time during both events?

Barry says he carries guilt of taking her [Suzanne] for granted, putting all his energy into hunting and making money.

Agent Grusing asked #BarryMorphew if he was carrying any guilt? Barry had mentioned that "he had taken Suzanne for granted and put all of his eggs into hunting and money. I loved her with all my heart."

You'd need a really good GPS expert to testify that the data is wrong

and also, did he really sign off a 126 page AA - or was this another judge. If it was another judge, then I suspect that Judge Murphy was handed a poisoned chalice.

Yes, but I believe this objection was regarding Suzanne's supposed lies to Sheila via texting.
Both daughters had better be called to testify during the trial.

IMO only, I believe the daughters will only benefit BM's defense.

Defense says the Deputy swabbed the dryer for blood, but when this Deputy was looking inside the dryer he saw the cap for the needle for the tranquilizer dart. It was missed by a deputy taking pictures the first time around. @KKTV11News #BarryMorphew #SuzanneMorphew

Sure, there are lots of big liars out there who are able to fool most everyone that they're great. There's even one in this case! But it's not Suzanne.
