Since they obviously believe the tranquilizer dart was used in the commission of the crime, wouldn't preparing the dart be deemed as premeditation? And wouldn't incapacitating / sedating a person before murdering them be deemed as a plan and a period of premeditation?
I regard all of his actions on Saturday as premeditation. He left the job site intending to kill Suzanne.

Yes it seems to indicate some type of a struggle but no blood found so he didn’t shoot Suzanne. In the house anyway. Maybe he forced her somewhere else at gunpoint? Is there a chance he did not shoot her with a tranquilizer dart? Or maybe he missed and she ran? Would Barry miss with his hunting skills though? This is driving me nuts!

He could have strangled her. One punch to the temple could kill her.

I think it was the prosecution that said “you don’t need to bleed to die.”

If he gets bond, he is going to run or Fotis Dulos himself. Jmo, but I called it with FD too. My only caveat to that is if Barry sees the prelim as a complete failure on the prosecution's side, like I do. We shall see. I am so sick to my stomach that I don't even want to go back to copying the tweets. Jmo
There was a lot more (allegedly) damning evidence in the Dulos case.

One question I have...is the judge bound to a decision based solely on the evidence presented at the PH...or does the judge have the discretion to consider the AA as a whole in deciding probable cause?

CBI was notified that there was another DNA profile match to an unsolved sexual assault case in Pheonix Arizona from the DNA found on #SuzanneMorphew glovebox. In April 2021 Defense says there was another match from an unsolved sex assault case, this time in Chicago @KKTV11News

I agree. But there wasn't a lot brought up about cell phone data or gps. That is my issue.

And the further issue with the cell phone/gps data is that the 'experts' had trouble explaining what was going on, they had trouble answering relevant questions about what that data revealed, etc. It's as if the experts looked at the data the night before the PHs.

That is interesting …
ETA: Figure out who was in there and solve some other crimes..

Bingo! Didn’t BM get in SM’s RR when she met him at Tailwinds and they went to Safeway and Moonlight Pizza on Friday night?

If he did, there should be some DNA, but there isn't. And I don't see how it would matter anyway - we'd expect it to be there. There's no reason to suppose that Suzanne or anyone else somehow managed to remove DNA from the RR.

How do we know that they took the RR to Moonlight Pizza?

A letter from Agent Duge addressed to Cahill sent on May 19, 2021, refers to the partial profile DNA from #SuzanneMorphew glove box that had 3 confirmed matches to unsolved sexual assaults.

Anybody got a copy of that actual report? Three different people who "match" three assaults in different parts of the country? Seems unlikely they formed a gang and showed up on Mother's day. My (pure speculation) is that these are the three closest partial matches and that the DNA could also partially match many thousands or millions of other men that are not in the database- Including for instance the guy who services the car, or details it, or the guy who repaired or assembled the bike.

He always drove, he never sat as a passenger in her car. When they went somewhere, they took his truck.

Suzanne did however drive the girls places, and the DNA in the back seat probably matches MM2's BF (IMO, just a guess - but the stepfather of that boy implied that the boy spent quite a bit of time with the Morphews).

Glove compartment DNA was probably from a car wash or dealer service/detailing.

I believe the bike repair guy would not have been required to provide DNA and probably not fingerprints, either.
Maybe the glove compartment DNA is CBD Tim’s?! :D Sorry couldn’t resist. This glove box DNA argument is so confusing and irrelevant. It was not a match but IE says there is no scientific proof that it isn’t a match? Isn’t a scientific method used to match DNA? Maybe I’m missing something.

Does the defense want us to believe some sexual predator abducted Suzanne in her Range Rover, tossed the bike, raped & killed Suzanne and then returned the RR to her house?! Where there could be a security camera? And wiped all prints & DNA from everywhere except the glove box? That’s just ridiculous. If anything I would think it could indicate Barry hired a hit man so why are they pressing this issue? o_O MOO
