I actually had a person call me that exact (literally) thing, an unqualified snoop, because I follow true crime cases here at WS.
So, people assume that of us too, apparently.(you can't make this stuff up, lol)

It’s interesting that you have settled on a scenario that, considering the circumstances of the case, has the most optimistic outcome. In your speculation, Barry is innocent of wrongdoing and Suzanne is still alive. Emotionally speaking, it’s the most pleasing of all scenarios.

What information, behavior and actions on the part of law enforcement, Barry and Suzanne have led you to believe that Barry is blameless and Suzanne is alive?

I haven't seen a word from the CCSO about Draper.
AFAIK, he isn't doing anything illegal or immoral.
He didn't trespass onto private property, he didn't reveal anything to the public that was critical information, he just talked to BM, and shared his conversation as recorded.
I'm just guessing but, I suspect Sheriff John Spezze would not be shy in the least, if he needed to speak with TD about staying away.

Unless BM knew things he shouldn’t have known, like the position of the bike wheel, then I think it’s unlikely.

But yeah, that video was totally legal to make, so it would be admissible, as Colorado is a one party consent state.
