DA should take this information to a judge and get another search warrant.

If that happens, it’s one of the best outcomes ever for this search. If I were the DA, I’d try to get that done tonight.

A search warrant for all the acres...
Judicial ethics preclude my saying what a reviewing judge would do with an application at this stage of the investigation. Given the history of this case and in view of the shotgun demonstration, a judge would review the application with great interest.

I can't tell you how much we appreciate you and all the other selfless searchers out there today. Your comment about it being so much easier from our living rooms I think probably resonates with all of us. I think seeing BM pacing the property line with a shotgun would probably scare the heck out of me. Certainly not at all the behavior I'd expect of a grieving man, missing his wife and vowing once to do "whatever it takes" to get her back. Whatever it takes I guess, besides her own brother organizing a massive search.

Seeing BM pacing the property line IN HIS PRESENT STATE OF MIND. Let that sink in.
I'm not an alarmist by nature.
In fact, the complete opposite.
But this situation alarms me.
He is a powder keg, IMO.

My heart aches for SM's daughters and family. What must be going through their minds as they realize BM can't be bothered to help search, but stands on his property with a gun, warning folks to stay off his land.

Holy cow.
If anyone was quick enough to grab a photo it will be all over the internet and TV for that matter. DM will do cartwheels.

I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a CCSO patrol car camped out all day on Puma Path tomorrow, just to make sure that everyone stays safe around that home property.

I suspect this may have been one of LE's primary concerns about private searches.

I did some searching and found this website that looks safe and looks pretty easy to use but it says the images have to be either JPG or PNG. I have never used it but it looks like a reputable site.

I use some photo software that allows me to resize and reformat and do all kinds of things with photos but I had to purchase the software.

This website link looks free and it looks safe to me. Hope it helps.

Thank you for doing some research. For me, it's not that the size is too large. The only option I have asks for an image URL. I am unable to upload any photos from my computer or phone.

I was also wondering if the potential evidence discovered near the property could lead to a third warrant of the property.
Great thought! That hadn't occurred to me, but it makes sense that it could lead to another search warrant.

IMO, in BM's mind, this is a stand off.
Kind of like the Alamo. Not good.
It is a dire situation.
MOO.
And hope I am overreacting.

You couldn't make this stuff up.
Barry perched on the edge of his property with a freaking shotgun?
IMO, he has totally lost it.
This could get really ugly.
MOO.

I'm not saying that he is, but he is acting like a meth head. Or maybe he's just eat up with arrogance. Anyway, how in the world did Suzanne put up with that creature. Moo of course

This guy is a real piece if work. A mix of Watts, Frazee, and Dulos. With a little Stauch added in for good measure. Has he ever watched the news? What a complete moron. JMO

I cannot upload photos either.
Do you have an Imgur account? That may be the best way to upload photos and then share links to them.

Thanks to all for the PE recap.

IMO, it is obvious BM has become seriously unglued. His actions today are not those of a rational person. I didn't expect him to greet searchers with complimentary Peanut Butter tea sandwiches, but putting up trail cams (camps?) and patrolling his property with a shotgun are not the actions of a innocent man.

The fact that AM sensed some fear in the community speaks volumes to me.

The outpouring of support from the searchers and everyone else that was support staff, provided water, food, bought bracelets, etc. was heartwarming and was a beautiful tribute to Suzanne. We should all have a big brother like Andy! If AM didn't drive this so passionately, I'm not sure whether this search would have happened.

AM, 2020 for President!

JMO, MOO

BBM:

Okay, curious minds want to know:

What's visual law?
He did some great stuff here on WS in the Vallow/Daybell threads. 20:00 in.

Again, Andy says tune in tomorrow because it's going to get really exciting. He says he might not be able to sleep tonight.

Another search of the Morphew home? If so, will a Bobcat be required? An arrest of a shotgun toting mountain liar?
I hope there is another search warrant tomorrow. Thanks for the giggle over the term "mountain liar.";):) Sums BM up rather nicely.

Marc Sallinger@MarcSallinger

Suzanne Morphew’s older brother Andrew is leading the search efforts today. That’s him in the blue. He says he feels the need to search for his missing sister and organized more than a hundred others to come help. Some drove more than 20hrs from her hometown in Indiana #9News

creature. I quite literally could not have described my vibe on him more accurately(since day one, who has the nerve to kidnap on MD, and the ML story was BS) .

I think there should be a press release every day (whether something is found or not) stating that items were found but don’t reveal the area they were found in. It’ll drive Barry crazy!

Andy, being the graceful man that he is, made a statement about the shotgun being over the shoulder and he wasn’t threatening or cross. Said something about him just like being a hunter with his gun...

giving him way too much credit. Maybe it’s best for Andy’s safety to phrase it as such if BM hears it..
