It feels like the time to process the evidence and get a search warrant would be too fast of a turn around for tomorrow.

But if the evidence directionally points towards the home, and visual law is bringing their drones and tech to fly over the home, I’d be pretty excited too.

PE tonight stated that another that many here are familiar with doing drones in another case (Frazee case) participated today and will be there this weekend. They referred to that channel, but I don't see any posts re this case. As we learned also from @vislaw, those that do drones semi-professionally know the requirements as to what space they are legally allowed to fly, and it's a federal offense to shoot one out of the sky (hehehehehe e.g. with a shotgun).

YES!!! I just finished watching PE with Andy and searchers and about fell out of my chair when I heard BM warned them off the property, while carrying a gun. OMG
So, apparently, it is more important to BM to be out walking his property, carrying a gun and putting up webcams INSTEAD of our helping to search for HIS wife with all of these wonderful volunteers and her brother and friends.

Yes I am seriously worried now if he knows he is guilty and feels the walls closing in, that he may be a danger to himself and the child allegedly living in the condo with him in the nearby town.

No one said that being rude or threatening is criminal.

Hardly anyone can be deemed a criminal, really, until they’re convicted.

BM’s actions are more alarming from a mental health and family systems point of view than they are criminal. But those issues can persuade a judge to allow LE to search further - on his property.

If he keeps it up, someone might think he’s a danger to himself or to others.

I don't see anything legally wrong with patrolling the property line with a shotgun. Crazy and mean as it causes him to appear. But there might be a line crossed if he aims it at someone not on his land. Or of course if he shoots someone. But I think in some states you can shoot trespassers if the land is posted, and I know you can shoot ppl if they enter your home illegally, in some states. Not sure in CO, though.

This takes me back to Tyson’s remarks about coming across BM the day prior to the impromptu hidden camera video, where Tyson talks about BM being all wet, as if he’d just come out of the creek. Was he hiding something down there?

I was wondering about that too!! Fingers crossed it’s related! They probably searched there first and really well for that reason.

That’s a very good analogy. I thought it was Andy who ran into BM but evidently he wasn’t there and it was another searcher. Was Barry trying to intimidate him with the shotgun over his shoulder or was he truly out hunting? That seems very odd for him to be out hunting on his own property during the search and being so close to other people when shooting at something seems very dangerous. I don’t think he was hunting at all...he was waiting and watching for searchers to go near his property. And didn’t Andy say he was setting up trail cameras? That’s very interesting...we have discussed that before on a previous thread. If he’s watching and guarding his land like that then those areas near those trail cameras and his entire property needs to be searched again! I wonder how well the property was searched by LE while they had the search warrant and possession of the house. and if they used scent dogs? BM is starting to sound and act like a desperate man. I hope he doesn’t have a complete break down and do something to try and hurt innocent people. Surely LE is watching him closely? I hope so because if it goes sideways during the search LE will say that’s why they weren’t fully onboard with it at first. It’s scary to think that BM might actually think he can shoot someone for trespassing. I wonder if the searcher videoed any of the confrontation?

Andy, being the graceful man that he is, made a statement about the shotgun being over the shoulder and he wasn’t threatening or cross. Said something about him just like being a hunter with his gun...

giving him way too much credit. Maybe it’s best for Andy’s safety to phrase it as such if BM hears it..

It has occurred to me it is also the reason, LS's station put her on a different story today.

She has done some excellent reporting on SM's story..... Probably not so appreciated by BM and his buddies. I don't think he will be indicted alone.

ETA - I include those that might have been aiding, abetting and hindering an investigation in the indictment category. Most likely, after SM's murder.

EETA - also including any of BM's friends that might have been threatening people that possess potential sources of incriminating information.

PE guys just said BM met AM and other searchers at the property line for the Morphew residence with a shotgun on his shoulder and told them they were about to cross private property and they knew they weren't allowed to do that.

Clearly, the man is all in on searching for his wife.

There's nothing he won't do to find her….

Except help the people actually trying to find her.

I wonder if he reminded them there's a 200k reward for her safe return.

I did some searching and found this website that looks safe and looks pretty easy to use but it says the images have to be either JPG or PNG. I have never used it but it looks like a reputable site.

I use some photo software that allows me to resize and reformat and do all kinds of things with photos but I had to purchase the software.

This website link looks free and it looks safe to me. Hope it helps.
