When I think of a bike upside down against a tree I think of someone who's bike had broke down and flipped it over to repair it. Remember early on about "ask about the condition of the bike"?

Suzanne doesn't get get a vote about her letting her brother search for her with her half ownership of the house?
BM doesn't own it yet, not for 7 years in Colorado.

Can't someone force the logical wishes of a missing person, a homenowner to the forefront. How can her logical wish to be dismissed?

I hope they use cadaver dogs at each mine entrance, especially the vertical deep ones. The dogs would surely be able to smell the odors of a body wafting out of a mine.

Hopefully whatever they found was photographed and documented properly and LE called to retrieve it. And the searchers are in groups. But I get what you are saying for sure!

Wow the evidence they found today was likely buried.

Tricia had Marshall Terry (a friend of the family from IN and in the search) on her YouTube channel and they were discussing the evidence said to be found and he said that they had to dig it up. Wish he would have said more.. After he was off the call she said she too heard that the same way. (I had to ask in the chat if I heard him correctly and she answered me on the live feed)

Judicial ethics preclude my saying what a reviewing judge would do with an application at this stage of the investigation. Given the history of this case and in view of the shotgun demonstration, a judge would review the application with great interest.

I'm curious as to the discussion as to why a person who carried a shotgun on over his shoulder and not pointed it at anyone would review an application for a search warrant with "great interest".

I'm not following as I thought was legal. Is there something I'm missing here... trying to catch up and 3-4 pages behind.

He gave many details it seemed about how the bike was found, I’m struggling to remember all the details he gave. Upside down, against a tree is very uncomplicated (BM speak for sure)!

I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a CCSO patrol car camped out all day on Puma Path tomorrow, just to make sure that everyone stays safe around that home property.

I suspect this may have been one of LE's primary concerns about private searches.

That would prove difficult, but I don’t think that’s what happened. They have a window of time in which Suzanne was likely dumped, and it is only 3.5 hours.

Even if that window proves false, I just don’t think he had that kind of time. I don’t think this was well planned, and I think it’s probable that he went with what he knew:

The vast expanse of unforgiving Colorado terrain.

I wouldn’t be surprised if she wasn’t even put in a shallow grave, but was dumped above ground.

I'll be shocked if she wasn't either buried or dropped down a large hole, mine, etc., into what amounts to being a makeshift grave.

I can't picture her being left out in the open.

Yeah. It’s just such a large and unforgiving area, and I’m not sure they’ve been able to narrow it down enough to make her recovery likely.

I’m more optimistic now than I was early on, as I figured BM may have had days to figure out what to do with her body.

But I still think it’s more probable than not that she won’t be found.
