Too aggro for my taste. And the locals will have a sense of whether this is the common sense way to keep people searching for one’s wife off of the wife’s (jointly owned) property.
I understand “adversarial” but “shotgun-toting?” With LE nearby and with devoted neighbors trying to search?
Yikes.
Thank you, @Lilypad13 !Didn’t he say “the wheel was facing...” and caught himself? The wheel was facing UP?
I hope they use cadaver dogs at each mine entrance, especially the vertical deep ones. The dogs would surely be able to smell the odors of a body wafting out of a mine. Not at all. Cadaver dogs can be effective even decades later.
The CSI death dogs: Sniffing out the truth behind the crime-scene
Don't be surprised if suddenly the searchers are "planting" things to frame BM, the forever victim.
Judicial ethics preclude my saying what a reviewing judge would do with an application at this stage of the investigation. Given the history of this case and in view of the shotgun demonstration, a judge would review the application with great interest.
@MassGuy...I've been wanting to ask you. Some ppl seem to think maybe BM put her in concrete and then put THAT "bundle" in a concrete burial of sorts. If he did that, would she ever be found? And if so, how?Not at all. Cadaver dogs can be effective even decades later.

"I'm afraid of what is out there"Thanks, Barry, for hanging the trail cams now. Couldn’t lift a finger to protect your family, but now you’re worried that people are going to come on your property?
Didn’t he say “the wheel was facing...” and caught himself? The wheel was facing UP?
I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a CCSO patrol car camped out all day on Puma Path tomorrow, just to make sure that everyone stays safe around that home property.
I suspect this may have been one of LE's primary concerns about private searches.
JMO.
That would prove difficult, but I don’t think that’s what happened. They have a window of time in which Suzanne was likely dumped, and it is only 3.5 hours.@MassGuy...I've been wanting to ask you. Good thinking!I was also wondering if the potential evidence discovered near the property could lead to a third warrant of the property.
Well, you know the adage, “if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.”It couldn't be Felony Friday tomorrow, right???![]()
That's awesome feedback! But then..why don't you have a good feeling she will be found? Simply because the territory to canvas is so vast? That would prove difficult, but I don’t think that’s what happened. They have a window of time in which Suzanne was likely dumped, and it is only 3.5 hours.
Even if that window proves false, I just don’t think he had that kind of time. I don’t think this was well planned, and I think it’s probable that he went with what he knew:
The vast expanse of unforgiving Colorado terrain.
I wouldn’t be surprised if she wasn’t even put in a shallow grave, but was dumped above ground.
BBMWell I am shocked about the gun. I didn’t think he would be that stupid.
God forbid he decides to shoot a drone down tomorrow for flying in his airspace.
What is the saying..stupid is as stupid does.
He literally is a loose cannon. Don’t trust him and be safe.

Yeah. It’s just such a large and unforgiving area, and I’m not sure they’ve been able to narrow it down enough to make her recovery likely. That's awesome feedback! But then..why don't you have a good feeling she will be found? Simply because the territory to canvas is so vast?
