Not many updates.

Working a search AND doing communications is a huge load. MOO they decided on one vetted message at the end of the day.

The seachers have crossed 50 to the NE and are minutely going over trails and pullouts, accesses.
There a couple on CR 237 which is old Monarch Pass Rd. A loop that leads down from Hwy 50 at the Pass to CR 888 and then rejoins Hwy 50 just north of Sargents.

The DW has direct knowledge of two of BMs friends from Indiana who are in Salida this week. She doesn't know where they are staying or if they have been involved in the searches. At least one of the two was in Salida shortly after SM was reported missing, but no idea if that person is the individual you are referencing. Both did attend the vigil last evening. MOO.

I admit I'm curious about Suzanne's nephew (?) TN.

He's the one who initially set up the crowd funding effort and also the person who told the public to ask about the '... condition of the bike' .
I feel like he's significant somehow.

this is one of the reasons i think she is on that property or very close by it. i don't think BM would ever risk having his vehicle caught on those cameras right out from his driveway, or anywhere else for that matter. same for GPS. he seems to have really thought this through.

also, don't y'all think he's going to put her some place he is familiar with? that's what most killers do, even if subconsciously. are there hunting trails on his property? doesn't his bud live just right through the woods? on the other hand, if he was smart (which i do believe he is, although it PAAAINS me to say that), he would go somewhere completely random. of course, they are going to search all the places he DID go, bc that's obvious, but what if he secretly went in a completely different direction somehow?

(as you can tell, i'm all over the place in my thinking of whether she's on the property or off site. but i do believe he's going to be very familiar with the area he took her to.)

I don't think BM is smart - certainly not in a high IQ/book smart sort of way. I can't name a single thing he's done since this happened where I've thought - wow, that was smart of him. Actually, I think he's very much the opposite of smart. We're giving him waaaaay too much credit simply because there hasn't been an arrest yet. Some of the things from BM that I believe were less than smart (all JMO, MOO):
The staged bike ride (really narrowed down the list of suspects, IMO)
The mountain lion narrative that he pushed (he should know better - it's a ridiculous theory)
The strange social media activity (especially if he logged in as SM from his phone, as we suspect)
The note he left in Salida (no description of SM??)
The weak alibi in Broomfield (no tools??)
The FB video (didn't involve LE in that?)
The "mechanical thing" with the bobcat (who talks that way??)
Continuing to play the role of victim - a victim who throws everyone else under the bus
And, possibly most incriminating, the peanut butter on the grill. Building an insanity plea? (okay, just kidding on the last one)

I know I'm leaving off some big ones, but that's a good start. MOO.

I don’t know why but I’ve felt kinda bad for TN. I feel like he stepped in when he thought he was doing the right thing for his worried family when they were in shock and then he turned around and slipped out the back exit once he actually realized what was going on and just got stuck. Can’t imagine what it would be like to be a family member of a victim, but also cannot fathom what it would be like to be the family member of the suspect..

Yeah, me too. I originally thought he was initially involved trying to help find his missing aunt - and at some point realized what we're all realizing and simply backed out of the limelight. But the story about the "hush-hush" money made me question that - of course we don't know if he was simply along for the ride on that one (and the other individual did all the talking), or if he's more deeply involved than originally thought - which would make his silence more about CYA than anything else, IMO. It may be a combination of both - him wising up AND maybe LE having a stern talk with him re: the convo with MG. I think he still deserves the benefit of the doubt at this point re: anything nefarious - but he's definitely in the middle of it early on and could be, at a minimum, a key witness to some of the events that happened after Sunday.

I would love nothing more than to sit down with Scott Peterson, Chris Watts, Drew Peterson, and now BM and have them explain to me how what they did was easier than just simply getting a divorce and to hear their whole thought process on arriving at "murders definitely the best path to take here"

It's such a selfish and narcissistic way of thinking. They all do it and think they can get away with it/outsmart the cops and there all wrong every time. Their all so vain they fail to learn from the guy before him, it would almost be funny if it weren't so pathetic

More and more I don't accuse BM of intelligence. IMO, he got "lucky" in his disappearance tactics.

Probably wasn't as high-tech as we are giving him credit for. In fact, the first clue was that LE confirmed his truck was not where he said it was.

Even if SM's remains are never found, I am confident the truth will eventually come out.

Pray for, and God Bless their daughters. They are innocents and have been through he11 and back again, and probably not for the first time.

BBM - Thank you for bringing this up! IIRC, it's been said he bought his new truck in Indiana, but am just wondering - did he also then trade in his other truck - the one he had when Suzanne went missing? And if so, hopefully LE was all over this as wouldn't it raise some suspicion buying a new truck in Indiana AFTER Suzanne went missing, and trading in or selling his other truck in Indiana (if this applies). Was he wanting rid of the other truck in a hurry or something for whatever reason? Was it used in regards to Suzanne's disappearance?

I remember another poster saying something about this new truck may have been ordered in advance, so okay then, was this another reason Suzanne's disappearance happened when it did because plans were to go get the new truck? Wouldn't something like this, getting a new truck, be the last thing on your mind if your wife was missing?

Maybe I'm reading into it too much? Maybe it's not related at all?

Oh, and another thing - BM isn't staying at his house but yet his "friends" are staying there? Another thing that makes you go hmmmm....
