I can’t help but notice what the lower part of his truck (looks like it) says, below the license plate...

Even his own possessions are calling him out.

This looks to me to be obviously intentionally modified. Similar to how people used to alter the "TOYOTA" on the back of a pickup to read "TOY" or "YO" etc.

Juvenile and speaks to character, IMO

Interesting, thanks !

I admit I'm curious about Suzanne's nephew (?) TN.

He's the one who initially set up the crowd funding effort and also the person who told the public to ask about the '... condition of the bike' .
I feel like he's significant somehow.
MOO

BBM:

Given what we've been told about TN recently, I'm of the strong opinion that TN is and has always been BM's nephew, not SM's, the fact that TN wanted to pass himself off as SM's nephew early on in the case, notwithstanding.

Nothing he has done since SM's disappearance would lead me to believe it likely that SM's family members feel any sense of kinship with him.

JMO.

If you could check out these places too that would be great

38°32'36.9"N 106°10'32.7"W
Looks interesting this road. Nothing out there.

38°29'53.6"N 106°04'41.6"W
Looks like some kind of abandoned mining area.

38°33'46.6"N 106°11'59.9"W
This whole area here going north from Maysville on County Road 240 looks interesting

38°33'24.2"N 106°11'31.2"W
This dirt road here opens up a lot of possibilities as there is nothing up there. They searched it briefly but I think they should really spend some time here.

38°50'42.2"N 106°01'02.5"W
38°50'29.8"N 106°01'51.7"W
They search the main road here but not these side roads @OldCop suggested this area

This might be a long shot:

39°01'57.0"N 105°59'14.0"W
If he hid her body on the way to Denver I think this would be an interesting spot. Nothing over there. If he brought the Bobcat perfect spot to bring the trailer. I think it was closed at the time.
You obviously have a great knowledge of the area's local terrain. Thank you for sharing this information. How so?

And I need to ask, did you know SM or BM?

It would really be foolish for Barry to go west like that, and you better believe Monarch Mountain Lodge has camera footage of I-50 which would alert LE that BM went west.

TN is Barry's nephew. Only SM's by marriage. I too believe he's significant.

Something just came to mind, maybe it was already addressed here: what if the M's were provided a recent (4+ months ago) SM medical diagnosis... and it wasn't positive? Yet another relapse. Is that something that might influence a spouse to... do something 'out of character'? The human pysche varies greatly, and sometimes people can snap under either immediate pressure or stress or in anticipation of upcoming duress.

I've never even been to Colorado, just spent hours and hours looking at the terrain satellite imagery. You can get street views as well.

Thread is open again.

There have been far too many Alerts and posts that have had to be dealt with today by 3 Mods/Admins in this thread today. Discuss this case and not whatever springs to mind that is not directly related to this case. This isn't a private party and there are hundreds of guests reading here as well as members who are interested in the case itself.

We have many other threads and Alerts to deal with and only have so much time and patience.

Please pay attention to The Rules (aka TOS).

Thanks.

Just to be clear, you’re suggesting BM killed SM because she got bad health news and was going to die for health related reasons, but he snapped and killed her first?

I think there's an update 5 minutes from now, from the PE folks - I could be wrong.

If anything, it seems like it would be more likely to be the opposite. Like maybe he hoped/was ready for her illness to take her and he snapped when they got news she was in recovery?

I do not believe he just discarded Suzanne haphazardly. I honestly believe he buried her in close proximity to the house. Dug a hole with his landscaping tools then with those tools placed huge rocks on top so no animal or person happens upon it. Remember, he is a control freak and must have complete "control" over her body. I would dig up every site he had recently been to, that now has huge boulders/rocks.
All this is in MOO.
Thoughts?

That thought has crossed my mind...that she's under huge boulders.
Close to home..maybe near an area she liked to frequent. jmo
