If he has owned this for three months, did he really have a gall to bury her on land he did not own, and intended to buy? If not did he move her body from one location to another?
I'm very curious whether BM knows the developers.

Yes, this is going to be that “undisclosed location.”

What I wanted to say last night, is I think PE and Andy are confident that Suzanne’s body is there.

I think Andy believed she had been found, which is why he planned to end this search early. I think he told the PE guys this, and that’s where the confusion ultimately came in.

I believe Andy was perhaps told by law enforcement to keep the search going, so as not to tip Barry off.

He just didn’t notify the PE guys of this, and they were caught off guard.

This explains the silence most of yesterday, Andy’s surprisingly friendly tone when it came to Barry, and the quick response of the FBI.

As Barry owns this land apparently, they’ll need a warrant to search it. I imagine that’s happened by now.

Killers tend to dump bodies in areas they are familiar with. Barry would obviously be familiar with an area he owns. It’s dumb, but not shocking if Suzanne’s body was put there.

My hope is that we are mere hours away from some big news.
BAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Question:
I have been out all day and in reading the posts backwards (I know ), it seems BM bought land and closed after SM died. Is LE searching that land today and is this where the dogs hit yesterday? I am confused.
Another thought, someone posted that BM owned several lots of land.
That’s what it looks like.

So we learned from Andy and PE that two dogs had hit on an “undisclosed location.”

Last night we learned that 5 FBI vehicles were at this location.

Today we learned where this location is, and that this is apparently the lot that Barry purchased.

Oh wow! So now I wonder if the number five that Mike on PE kept bringing up means BM owns five different lots and all of them will be searched. Does anyone from MSM have confirmation that a search is being conducted at the new lot? This is just amazing. And if true, Andy’s search was not in vain.

Barry’s actions are not those of a grieving husband. A jury won’t like him.

I wonder if anyone is closely watching the Actor at this moment? Wondering if it's going to be "fight or flight"...
I say flight.

I would like to note that I was only musing if this property was the one where AM accidentally wandered onto. This is not an established fact. I wouldn’t want this to grow legs and become fact without having been proven to be true.

Often enough that Oxygen has a series that is devoted to that. It’s called “Buried in the Backyard.”

Many of the cases involve spouses committing murder and burying them on their property.

This one would be a bit different, but it’s close enough if true.
yes and we just had a case here in Lake County, Fl. where a wife buried her husband in the backyard- they owned 5 ac. Took 2-3 years before LE found his remains.

I do not think BM has been under surveillance the entire time, at all. And he got a new truck and put up no trespassing signs, so it's unlikely LE have a surveillance gadget on it.

Look at what Leticia Stauch was able to do - and she was definitely the top suspect, with blood spatter found in the house - in that originally No Body case.

OTOH, seems like a search warrant would be a good idea - for his new truck and any vehicles used by him in the past few months. Hopefully, that will soon be almost a moot point.

Very promising!! Hoping today is the day Suzanne is located

I hope it's not just a 'scent' detected there but her actual remains so A.M. and family can get the closure they and everyone who cares about SM needs and this case can move forward with some certainty. IMO

Maybe because the lot wasn’t purchased yet when SM first disappeared? Or maybe they did search it but she was recently moved there? Or maybe LE mistakenly thought BM would not be dumb enough to do that? Was he not under surveillance at the end of June? It wouldn’t cause any suspicion to go to a lot you own but could he have moved her body without being tracked or seen? It’s like she was hidden “in plain sight” if she is there. And a YT drove right by the lot several times making a video of the lot and subdivision having no idea they were that close to Suzanne’s possible gravesite. Chills...
If LE was not aware of what he has been doing since May 9, then apparently they didn’t keep up with the Patrick Frazee case. He killed his fiancé and burned her body on his own property.

Where the hell are the local reporters???

Massguy is getting frustrated!
BBM:

MassGuy needs to hit the mat and practice those deep breathing techniques he's been learning in his pilates class.

Patience, Daniel-San. Patience.

And what have I told you about referring to yourself in the third person?
You know how much it creeps me out.
Bundy did that!

Just last night I posted a comment that Barry wouldn’t be intellectually challenged to the degree that he would bury remains on his own property; and that surely he wouldn’t bury remains in a location that would link directly back to him.

Looks like Barry might make me a liar.

There is one difference though, at the beach hit they kept walking back to their handler, on the second location the dogs sat down next to their hit.
Hi, I meant only the second location:

FBI called as scent of human remains discovered on land owned by Suzanne Morphew's husband | Daily Mail Online

"Now her brother Andrew Moorman, 58, has raised $18,000 to pay for a search that took place over the weekend and said cadaver dogs picked up a scent on the wooded site - located just 15 miles away from the Morphews' home."

"A second search of the site took place on Monday using different cadaver dogs and the dogs' handler told DailyMail.com they got another hit. The handler explained the dogs are trained to only pick up human scents."

I think this is a good question for a reporter to ask at the next press conference. If they allow questions.
Maybe the blowback has already started and this could be why P&E guys said,
"leave your ego at the door". Local LE has to be stinging over this find, if it's her.

Had an insured (auto insurance) in my area that was found buried under her own wooden front walkway/porch. Unreal.
