IMO

Since it takes time to get all the resources and write a comprehensive search warrant, and being that today is Sunday, I don't believe anything will have been completed today with regard to the 2 locations where dogs alerted.

It could take a couple days to get the S.W, I suppose. They have to write up the search warrant, they have to let the property owners know, they have to get the S.W. checked by their people, which usually includes the DA or legal representative, and then it has to go to a judge. Nothing is instant.
Can't help but notice you've been around a long time, great advice! Thanks

Of course we could be looking at midweek.

Been on WS for almost a decade (oh how time flies), and been following true crime cases off and on since 1994. (Does that mean I'm old? Don't answer).

I found WS from following Kyron Horman, still following his case.

Thought of another "5" (I don't think I've seen anyone guess this yet...):

3 search warrants at Morphew property
2 search warrants at riverfront property in East Salida

ETA: This is assuming* 2 warrants were issued today...
(*hoping)

Looks like the searchers are making a final sweep of the roadsides of hwy 50.
They gave it their best.

Any Colorado judge can sign a search warrant for any jurisdiction, and it may be delivered, signed and returned electronically. No problemo 24/7/365. There are no bonus points for edited and proof-read material. IMO

Do you believe they started the digging/execution of the S.W. today? I guess I'd be surprised if they did, though I've been surprised before in cases.

Agree. If there is cause, the judge will sign at any time.

I have no logical or factual basis to believe this, but I just really feel like something good came out of everyones hard work and I really think their going to announce good stuff. Theres just no way the universe would have this many people could come together to fight to find SM and no produce something. But who knows its 2020 I could be eating crow in about 30 minutes

Thinking on Margarita's post and the BM being a firefighter -

I wonder if he was ever involved in a missing persons search as a volunteer before?
