I usually have to cover all my bases and call it a digger-stone-picker-upper-dirt-pusher-turf-rougher-holemaker-dealybob-thingummyjiggibob, but you've parsed my words and all is clear!
Oh dear, are we gonna have to remember that?... do hicky. Your description IS brilliant! RROFLMAO...

Andy described going into a mine and having his flashlight go out. He was at 12,000 ft and he said it was quite scary. But, he said "thank goodness it was a fairly straight mine so I could see the light at the end."

Thank goodness indeed. Maybe SM wasn't as distant as it feels she is.

I don't believe SM is alone. Her remains are alone, as are everyone's who has passed, even those whose remains are in a cemetery with a headstone.

But people are so much more than their corporeal bodies. Her spirit soars, she is with her beloved mother, with other family members, loved ones and friends who have passed. She is not alone.

IMO.
There was a photo released by SM's family shortly after her Indiana friends and family chose to start speaking out on SM's behalf. . At the time, we were all debating about no Facebook pictures in two years etc.

Until this week, I had not yet understood why the family chose that photo. It looked like a picture of SM when she was 16-17 yrs old. She might have been battling her first round of cancer. She looked so beautiful and angelic, her eyes were peacefully closed.

I think they were trying to share something.

May this family find justice and take her home to Indiana.

Andy urges people to use the tip line from the Sheriff

call me a skeptic and cynic but after I and others asked questions about digital evidence being collected by PE thru their own website and then handing stuff over to LE, I feel as if Andy was at the very least told about some of the issues law enforcement can encounter with receiving evidence thru a third party like them. Him urging strongly for people to use the tip line tonight makes me think that. Their website seems like an awesome tool but I think law enforcement could encounter issues with admissibility of digital evidence when this gets to court. JMO though.

Probably in a hot tub with a beer and his fuzzy feet kicked up, not a care in the world. I believe his conscience is nonexistent. Unbelievable.

I believe BM is involved in a her disappearance but can someone be that cold to someone who he has been with for so many years? Mother of his daughters, there must have been happy times, good memories. These stories sadden me. I would like to think he is drowning himself in booze crying over what he may have done.

On another note,
I see why LE keeps things quiet even when family of victims are unhappy. These things can jepordize a case, spread false information.

Oh dear Andy Moorman is so sweet!
I just want to give him a big hug right now.
(watching him on PE)

He's done such an incredible thing, in so many ways.

And it certainly isn't over yet.

I think she was dismembered and burned ... so very sorry, Andy ... IMO :(.

Hopefully they find her. And hopefully justice is served. I wonder what those dogs were hitting on.
It took them three days to investigate the first sight with the concrete. I wonder how they could rule out these three sites so quickly. Anyone knowledgeable about these types of digs that can explain?

I wouldn't blame LE if they were actually annoyed. They were put under a spotlight, and people who know nothing about the investigation jumped to the conclusion that they weren't doing their jobs. It's not their fault that details about the investigation were leaked to the media. They have been relentless in protecting the integrity of this investigation.

This is why it's so important to keep information from the public. I bet the perp is feeling pretty satisfied right now with all the criticism of LE. He depends on it to justify his claims that LE has completely botched the investigation. He knew SM's body was not going to be found where they were searching and all it did was feed his ego.

Even if LE does eventually make an arrest, with all the information that has come out in the last month, it may be very difficult to guarantee a fair trial at this point.

IMO

I respectfully disagree. Releasing information to the public is the default position, not the exception. In our system of government, police officers are given a lot of discretion; the only way to exercise meaningful oversight is to have public disclosure of information. Moreover, taxpayers foot the bill for police, through property taxes and through state and federal grants: How else will taxpayers know that they are getting their money's worth unless information is disclosed?

In some specific instances involving a criminal investigation, certain exceptions to the general rule of disclosure do exist. It's reasonable to not disclose children's names to protect them both physically and from unwanted attention. It's also fine to keep certain small details secret to ensure that the inevitable false confessions can be weeded out. There may be a few other exceptions as well, such as personal information of officers (SSNs, addresses).

Make no mistake.
LE CBI and FBI are gonna get their man.
I don't know when.
But it will happen.

Most important thing that Chris has said: Keep Suzanne in the spotlight.

My sound is borked. If anybody happens to feel like summarising I’d be very grateful - but don’t worry if is a nuisance

And you guys are SUCH a committed group, and I know you guys will continue to make this happen.

Suzanne and her family are lucky to have you guys.

Andy makes the point -- they searched and searched and didn't find her -- what does that mean? Somebody went to great lengths to hide her. Who does that? A rapist? A robber?

Without saying it, he said it.
