He said he saw her at five a.m. and he did not.
And how do you know that?
Testimony from an employee
that he was rambling down the road
texting people at four in the morning
trying to get them to go to Broomfield
.
Can't be at home at five.
And talking to somebody on the road at four?
Right.
So the timeline doesn't add up at all?
No, not at all.

mmmhmm...

I had given up on the meaning of “5” and was getting increasingly annoyed that he kept teasing stringing us along without explaining the meaning. I know most of us were kind of over the guessing games but I see several posts about it tonight although I’m having trouble reading because I have freakin’ pink eye in both eyes and have greasy prescription ointment in my eyes right now so please excuse any typos.

Ok so PE had a Live chat tonight and a lot of people were asking about the meaning of #5 and Chris said this re the #5...he said there will be a statement or press conference (can’t remember which, sorry) and just to be patient and when it comes out the meaning of the #5 will be clear. Then he said we should buckle our seat belts because there was a lot more to come and he also added pop some popcorn because it’s going to be good! Not quoting his exact words but pretty close. And before Chris spoke about #5 Mike warned him not to give away too much. I think he said as long as he could be subjective or subtle or something but you could tell he was nervous about what Chris was going to say. What Chris did say tonight gave me hope again and made me feel better. They know a lot more than they can tell us right now because they don’t want to hurt the case. He really made it sound like something big would be announced soon...
. They apparently do know a lot more behind the scenes, they even mentioned that they have received tips in their evidence room which they immediately turned over to the investigative team. I gathered they felt it was fairly significant based their level of excitement but there was no mentioned about what that evidence is, as it should be.

Called MG Sunday morning and “he sounded really frantic and not like himself, I really thought he just had the worst night of his life.”

Allegedly Suzanne was last seen on Friday getting lunch and allegedly no one else aside from her husband saw her after that. So this "getting a sandwich on Sat" doesn't quite make sense, especially if the texting stopped Sat morning.

What I've come to understand is depending on who's speaking, some details occasionally get misspoken, from memory lapse or possibly confusion/exhaustion. It's happened with A.M. a number of times. Just something to be aware of and double-check.

IMO

The reporter LS said that the person who said that SM picked up food for one person on Friday later realized that the food order was for a different Suzanne, not SM.

Good post.

Where does BM rank among other spousal killers when it comes to intelligence? There has been lots of ‘shots’ taken at BM being a really ‘dumb’ guy who so far, has just been lucky.

His emotional intelligence appears to be lacking, but the guy can’t be a complete brick - he appears to have some things going for him with regards to his real estate transactions and business dealings.

Hopefully we find out some day just how ‘dumb’ he is.

MOO
My DW knew BM in high school. If you are measuring intelligence by IQ, he definitely wouldn't fall under the category of "high IQ" - possibly average, IMO. In terms of street smarts, business savvy, etc., I can't speak to that but certainly it appears he managed to do pretty well. MOO.

If SM and BM were out together on Saturday afternoon, when did the communication stop suddenly with her friend? I thought that was SAT a.m.

That frustrating timeline has done a bit of a two-step all along. First it was 9pm, then it was 12:30 and then once again it shifted to 8am. It's kind of impossible to put the pieces together when someone keeps moving the pieces.

I'd love to see a statement from THE FRIEND that she was messaging, to find out exactly what time (Colorado time) that conversation abruptly ended, with no further contact.

You sure about that one?
Minor league ballplayers' path to the bigs has major obstacles, so family is no small thing
[Of the 455,300 high school baseball players in America, only 5.6 percent wind up playing on a collegiate team. Of that 5 percent, only 10 percent are drafted by an MLB team. And of all minor leaguers, only 10 percent will ever make it to the show.]

and
Probability
[Approximately one in 200, or approximately 0.5 percent of high school senior boys playing interscholastic baseball will eventually be drafted by an MLB team. ]

BM was drafted out of high school, so based on this, he was in the top .5 percent of all high school senior baseballers. Not too shabby, even if he was not part of the further 10 percent to go on to the majors.

(This is assuming similar statistics back when he played versus more current stats.)
I couldn't agree with you more. Add to it he came out of a really small town in Indiana - while descriptions like "hometown hero" or "golden boy" are probably overstating it - his success in baseball was significant and made him one of the better athletes in the high school's history. MOO.

I find it very interesting that AM is leaking some details of the investigation to the world (like on the Dr. Phil show that will air today). Of course I wonder if he's gotten a wink and a nod from someone in LE that it's okay if he says some things.

IMO
I have zero reason to believe AM would knowingly disclose any information that would threaten the integrity of this investigation into locating his sister, and who disappeared her.

ETA: further, I'm not even convinced AM actually even has any information that could threaten the intrigrity of the investigation. He obviously knows more than the public does, but that doesn't mean it's classified info - just stuff we haven't heard yet.

Me too. I think he must be so keen to be able to tell his Dad they’ve found her before he passes away. So sad. But I don’t believe he would intentionally say something that would jeopardise the investigation in any way.

(By Orgona) "I still can see a friend/family matching the reward announced by their family or friend without having the need to correct the original terms. Just following along and supporting a friend/family in time of great stress. Also because it was announced by TN. Not that it matters in the great scheme of things."

Yes, this.

(Sorry. Still don't know how to reply to just a portion of a post.)

Whoa indeed. So much new info from Andy - perhaps timed to counter any dampened spirits.

I know that only info from LE carries absolute weight, but I’d be surprised if Andy has this info wrong.

Re. Facebook friending activity, @Hoosierfan72
indicated that female friends of his were friended at midnight, too. So not just males.

@Megnut I have wondered, too, if someone posed as Suzanne in a bike helmet. Your new suggestions relating to the new timeline are v interesting.

Wake up everyone! This is far more important than a good night’s sleep!
Jumping in here re: the Facebook activity.

It appears that two different things happened re: Facebook that weekend.

First, a number of individuals (all the ones that the DW is aware of were FEMALE, but this is her group of friends, so it could also extend to males) saw SM pop up as either a "friend suggestion" or "people you may know" repeatedly that weekend. All of these individuals were FB friends with BM and not SM. She can't pin that down to a specific time, but all of them said SM was repeatedly showing in those lists (and hadn't before, at least not that they noticed). And, just for clarity, my DW noticed this before SM was reported missing (so I don't believe it to be something that was actually routine but suddenly jumped out once this became news). I believe @EggSalad suggested that this would most likely be from someone (cough, cough) logging into SMs FB account from BMs phone. While speculation, this activity HAS to be algorithm based and was triggered by something, IMO.

Additionally, that same weekend, I believe AM referenced that some of his friends (I believe these were likely males) received friend requests from SM late on Saturday evening (around midnight). My DW knows one of these individuals, and he had no direct connection to either SM or BM (other than also being from Alexandria and was friends with AM). This is just bizarre and I don't have any great thoughts as to what it means.

All MOO.

Eh, I don't believe he's leaking any info. I think he's just revealing his own thoughts publicly and putting together his own timeline based on information he's gathered. IMO
