There are now interior pictures of the house appearing on the listing. Or are these from the old 2015 listing?

I think they are new. The 2015 and 2018 realty photos are clearly not so dreary. Even the master bath photo looks like somebody stepped out of the shower and put the towel up to dry! Sad for SM's memory.

My guess is that the one interview with LS is going to be all the world ever hears directly from BM. Saturday will mark the end of the fifth month of an investigation that that frankly indicates nothing. At this stage, speculation about what LE might be hiding has gone stale. AM and the public at large have examined the timeline into meaningless rubble. We've got everything from a pink bicycle that may or may not exist, a light blue bicycle that may or may not exist, and baby blue bike helmet that may or may not have been a personal item.......yet all it really tells us is that SM liked pastel colors. We still don't know if she rode either bike and we have tossed the helmet around like a virtual football without ever scoring a completion.
Lives can't stay suspended forever. Innocent people have to get their lives back on a track and move on, and the guilty apparently never left the track and appear to be unreachable.
IMO

New, different bedspread in the master bedroom and lots of different pictures/décor items...but the property strikes me personally as dark and depressing.
It is very dark inside, especially with the amount of wood beams, fixtures and being tucked as it is near the mountains. IMO

I also think the girls may not want to live there. We don't know what shape the house was left in after the searches were done. All the happy memories in that house have been shattered by the disappearance of their mom and the searches of the house.
I have NO doubt that is exactly how the girls truly feel, and I have NO doubt that BM presented it this way to the girls so that he could validate moving on. JMO.

The left-side wall just to the right of the mirror above the towel racks in the new photo reveals gouge marks ... can't really see them in the old photo.

restore the old info we saw months ago -- and the 35 pics, including interior

I agree with you, looks dark and depressing. Especially imo knowing what may have occurred there. Also, these interior photos don't strike me as "professional" real estate pictures. They look like perhaps the "homeowner" took them. For one thing. RE agents usually turn on all the lights when taking interior photos, use a wide angle lens, color and light correct, enhance and edit them to show the rooms off in the best and largest possible way. He doesn't need to have her declared dead; the Indiana guardianship was made permanent on Sept. 1, it transfers to Colorado, and he can do any darn thing he wants with any and all of her assets.

So does the guardianship automatically transfer?
I’m in a rabbit hole looking at the Colorado rules. Seems he would have had to file for a transfer?

SPECULATION:

Yes, it is odd... and add that BM was seen BBQing outside. Does he no longer even think about the kitchen?

Did something occur in the kitchen?

Is that a wedding album on the kitchen desk?

Looks identical to mine, circa 1994.

Possibly. I only use bleach for cleaning in the kitchen and bathrooms...

Actually, there are photos of the kitchen, almost: the last photos.

One photo is taken of the dining room from the kitchen.

The next photo shows part of the kitchen: the side of the refrigerator and a desk.
