Who Owns PumaPath Home?
Re ^bbm^ I do not know, can't guess, what info is required for Google Earth maps or similar websites to add SMHF LLC to a location on its street view maps. If Google map shows SMHF at that address, no indication imo that the actual ownership or title or property itself was transferred.
Just adding here details & link supporting what @Knox and @TxGidget posted. Thanks to both.

Per public sales records re link below. Last sale =April 12, 2018 to BLM & SRM.
qPublic.net - Chaffee County, CO - Report: R368531400097
If BM signed deed to transfer prop to SM Hope Fdtn,* someone involved in the transfer (usu. atty or grantee)
would have the deed recorded in the recorder's office for Chaffee County.
Could BM have signed a deed to transfer prop to SM Hope Fdtn?* Yes. Or to anyone? Yes. Yes, either one.
If he did, it is not yet showing in electronic.-online records of the Chaffee Co. office as having been recorded.

* W only BM's siggie, and not SM's siggie, and no Gdnship dox from In or CO court, would deed have effectively transfer legal title of the prop? Not commenting on that, as it is entirely diff issue, different from whether someone signed a deed re PP prop, had it notarized, and then recorded in Chaffee Co. ofc. I could do that, but as I have no legal interest in the prop, there is no title or ownership for me to transfer the grantee on (my hypo) deed.
PaulaDC bbm No quote or link for your earlier post stating BM transferred PP home to SM Hope Fdtn?My opinion. No link. Should have stated that but it can be researched. Remember when the Puma address went missing off Google then reappeared as her charity?
