In LS’ interview MG said they (TN, GD) approached her and said they would pay her but it would look like hush-hush money and said she has rights and she doesn’t have to give her phone to CBI.
In the same interview later she said she has given 5 interviews to CBI and gave her phone to them. Later she heard again from Barry, he terminated her. She thinks she was fired because she talked to CBI and gave her phone to LE.
As far as I understand it, those two things definitely weren’t happening at the same time.

BM left a hotel cart full of tools in Broomfield. Do we know who returned them to BM and when?

Maybe he first thought to throw the helmet out because he thought that the mountain lion theory would work and then by Tuesday realized that wasn’t flying so decided to go back and get the helmet and put it near the bike thinking then the abduction theory would work? MOO

This actually makes a lot of sense @Bignuts45 (blushing just typing your name ) but that would be a very risky thing to do. Maybe desperate times call for desperate measures? If he had thrown the helmet away at the market it would seem likely that the trash would have been emptied by two days later but if not, and if he was able to retrieve the helmet how did he hide it from the workers in the market? And if he wasn’t wearing gloves then his prints would be on it. I suppose he could say he has touched Suzanne’s helmet before at home. It’s still a plausible theory. It would be much easier to find her helmet in the trash than dumpster diving for a paper receipt. I think he was looking for something important that would be incriminating in that trash. IMO

I love your use of the term "real mountains" I haven't heard that term in years, but it's very appropriate.
I personally don't think anyone moves to Colorado for the hunting, and I don't believe that BM has hunted there in recent years. The greatest cause of tragic hunting accidents is other hunters, and Colorado has way too many of those. I used to call it "The Fall Shoot Out". Colorado game is best hunted in the off season, with a camera. I fully believe that BM found the move to Colorado attractive for the hunting opportunities that lie within a day's drive.

The majority of people who move to Colorado do it for employment, or business opportunity. The second most common reason is the attraction to the lifestyle. I think the lifestyle was the attractor for all three women of the "M" family. My guess is that BM saw it as a combo......business opportunity, lifestyle, hunting opportunities and the final factor........the family majority had already swung that way.

I thought we heard that Suzanne wasn't that excited about the move. And I see no reason to think that a high school sophomore would be excited about it, either. We know that the older daughter chose a school in CO and it's my view that the family followed her.

Your points about the hunting are well-taken. I don't think BM had done a large amount of hunting in CO either (and unless he's a bow hunter or muzzle loader type of guy, I don't think he was elk hunting on the weekend of Andy's search, either).

But he found the idea of hunting attractive, and he was done with Indiana.

This was about 3 weeks after Suzanne disappeared, so any scratches/cuts would have healed by then.

I imagine he was checked for injuries during his interview.

Just IMO RN opinion based on experience is that large cuts or gashes, especially ones that should have been stitched or got infected, can take longer than 3 weeks to heal. If someone is diabetic or taking certain medications then wounds can also take much longer to heal. I agree LE checked him over & photographed any bruises or injuries but then again we wouldn’t know if they found any yet. He would probably say the boo boos were from work if he had any but it might be another reason LE was suspicious right away. Or BM could have been injured if he was re-hiding Suzanne’s body after LE examined him. I’m not even saying that I believe for certain myself that they are there but I keep seeing things that make me go hmmmm in these darn photos & video! I guess it’s just me and maybe I need an eye exam.

MOO unfortunately don't think SM would make enough resistance to hurt him, if she was used to abuse she would be in a protective posture waiting for it to stop, and if it was an unexpected violence the sheer betrayal would shock her into inaction.

I think Indiana was done with him! . And, just jumping off your post, while SM may have expressed agreement with retiring to CO at some point, I think her diagnoses of relapse with lymphoma may have given her pause prior to the move? JMT.

I've always thought AM stating the he believes she was abuducted was strange phrase to use considering he thinks its Barry. I don't know what to believe at this point but its possible he took her somewhere first but then i wonder why did the house stink bleach according to what AM was told?

Given the new timeline, where both BM and his Bobcat are not accounted for, is it possible that Suzanne was hidden twice?

For example taken from the home in a cooler, buried by Bobcat between 11:30/12:30 and 4 am.... BM checks into hotel after, brings tools in, cleans them, maybe cleans a cooler. Takes a nap. Awakens in a panic, realizing his hiding spot is jeopardized, for reasons we don't yet know, beats out of there, maybe even thinking he can get back to the hotel. Returns to his earlier site, unburies her, burying her elsewhere. Many places a guy with a Bobcat could work without attracting notice.

Was anyone around on Mother's Day to notice if "work" was done in Salida at the jobsite, or in Longhorn, at the proposed entrance to the development, or sites we don't know about?

I'm reminded that, even as late as the AA/AW in the Stauch case, LE had vehicle data leading them to believe that the stepmurderer, when her vehicle paused for 5 minutes along a certain stretch of road, left the young boy's body. When LE got there, after data came in, they theorized animal must have dispersed his remains. Only later did we ALL learn together, that she'd been to that location previously, leaving his body, only to return in another car (the 5 minute stop), to PICK his body up, driving him across many state lines to throw him over a bridge overpass.

Is it possible that Suzanne was in fact buried at the river lot (or somewhere else known or unknown to us), and removed/relocated Sunday during the day, while his crew was waiting, confused, in Broomfield?

Who are these people who are not grossed out by a dead body? I have been in the presence of 3 bodies immediately following death (all natural deaths) and wanted nothing more than to get away from the bodies as quickly as possible. These were people I loved. I would make a horrible murderer... you would find my DNA everywhere via me vomiting nonstop. Am I just very weak stomached? I cannot imagine moving a dead body anywhere. Definitely not multiple times across multiple days... across multiple towns/states/etc... I have no desire to be able to understand these people, but I kinda do, KWIM??? My anxiety would never allow it either.

I don’t think Andy is familiar with the lingo. By “abducted,” I think he meant “murdered and moved.”

And yes, another person (maybe AM?) said that Suzanne's daughter had started college there and that may have been part of the reason for the move.

IIRC, neither daughters have stated that they wanted to move to CO. The plan to move could've been planned for a while (by BM) and thus their older daughter decided to go to school there.
We've also heard from SM's family member, from an approved MSM, that she really didn't want to move but always relented to her husband's decisions.
One would think that in a MARRIAGE both partners should have an equal share of and be solely responsible for the decision where they'll both live.

I don't recall the word 'excited' at all. What I do recall is that she was glad or grateful that BM's nephew and family lived nearby, being that she had to leave her family and friends.
