he was last heard from on Sunday, February 24. He was reported missing two days later.

There has been no activity on Parks' phone since 8:30 a.m. on Monday, February 25 and his car has not been located, the post said

Family of Terrance Parks says the 24-year-old moved to Colorado from Indiana last year. He’s a graduate of Center Grove High School and Ball State University.

Family members tell FOX59 that nobody has seen or heard from Parks since Monday. His mother says there’s no reason why her son would disappear.

Parks reportedly advised his friends that he was going snowboarding in the mountains, so family says that’s where they’re focusing their search.

Parks was believed to be driving a tan Buicak LeSabre, according to family.

Arvada man reported missing since last week, last seen in Buena Vista

Family set up a GoFundMe page to help finance search efforts, but on Sunday morning suspended donation collection, citing a “significant development” in which Parks was seen alive.

“A restaurant manager several hours away reached out after seeing a news report about Terrance’s disappearance,” the page said. “He believes he saw and talked to Terrance a few days ago. The report appears to be very credible but has not yet been confirmed.”

Parks was reported missing Feb. 26 after no one had heard from him since Feb. 24. The Arvada Police Department said Parks reportedly went to Breckenridge, Colorado that weekend.

He still has not been located. Police no longer believe this was an accidental disappearance.

Searchers in Colorado looking for Indiana man
He was last seen driving toward Breckenridge, Colorado. Authorities say they don’t suspect any foul play and are just looking for Parks at this point.

I just watched this video about Terrance on the LoardanArts channel hosted by John Lordan.
Terrance's disappearance has not received much attention and rather confusing to follow but I hope this video will provide some valuable information especially for those who are local to this area.

Boulder County Sheriff's Office working on recovering body found at Brainard Lake
The Boulder County Sheriff's Office is working to recover a body found near Brainard Lake.

Boulder County sheriff's spokeswoman Carrie Haverfield said the body reportedly was found by a passerby at around 10 a.m. today. The coroner's office was en route, but no further information was available on the body at this time.

Police radio traffic indicated crews were trying to use snowmobiles to get access to the body.

The total absence of further news on this man since his family suspended their funding efforts three months ago on the "credible" but unconfirmed report Terrance was seen baffles me. No further update from the family on whether the reported sighting was confirmed or any info on what search efforts they did/are doing. It's like he dropped out of sight and out of mind of everyone.

According to an update on the page, police had received a "credible sighting" of Parks from a restaurant manager. The manager said he saw and talked to Parks at his restaurant several hours away. Parks' presence at the restaurant has not yet been confirmed by police.

The family said search strategies are changing due to this development. The search area is increasing and police no longer believe this may have been an accidental disappearance.

The search will continue until police safely locate Parks. Until then, the family has put a hold on accepting people's financial donations until they can find the best way to spend the money
