I'm confusing stalking with harrassing.. would a stalker let anyone know they are actually stalking someone? I always think of stalking as a private obsession. JMO

Some stalkers make it clear that it is them. Some are anonymous.

Usually the gift giving, call and hang ups, taps on windows, harm to pets, etc... is done when you cannot see the stalker. You will see the stalker on occasions, like driving behind you a lot, walking past you, going to a store/club/party you do, and so forth.

Some are just darned aggressive enough to make it clear to you b/c they think it is okay. Perhaps that they can "have" you and you are actually interested in the weirdo!

but it never said there were fragments of the flexeril only that it was there when re tested. There were never any fragments at all iirc?

I think it was all crushed or disolved in something. No way those concentrations were there but no pill fragments five hours later.

And I don't believe a person, if they are thinking of committing suicide, would crush up a bunch of pills (that they don't even have the quantity of in their own home let alone one of the drugs: flexeril) to kill themselves.

I can see why the fax that came in today said what it did.

I don't think she killed herself, as in committed suicide. I think it's possible she was desperate for a night of peaceful, stress-less sleep, and may have taken the medication herself. Flexeril in pill form, amy in liquid form (assuming she got it from the ranch). If the amy was in pill form and crushed, I would expect it to be found in the stomach contents along with the flex, since presumably they had been taken at the same time.

What item could the meds be put into that wouldn't make a person gag from the taste? Surely not just water?

C2 is the one mentioned in my post as being the one she visited on the dates I posted. According to the blog, C2 lived "about 10 minutes away" from Morgan.

Again, from what I understand, the situation could have gone like this:

Morgan goes to C2's house, about 10 minutes away. She receives a text from her Mom about when she'd be ready to come home or be picked up.

If she were coming home herself:
Morgan then says goodnight, and gets into her car and drives home. About 10 minutes transpires. She is met in the drive by Mom, goes inside, and shortly thereafter (maybe 10-15 minutes) a rock or a bang is heard.

Total time: 20-25 minutes from the time Morgan gets the text to "come home" to when the bang/rock/stalker hits.

If she were being picked up by Mom:
She'd tell C2 that she's getting ready to go, Mom was going to get her in a few minutes. It takes +/- 10 minutes for Mom to get to C2, and then another 2 minutes for Morgan to leave the house and get into the car, and then another 10 minutes to drive home. Once home, another 10-15 minutes before the rock/bang is heard.

Total time: 30-35 minutes from when Mom leaves to get Morgan, and the time the bang/rock/stalker hits.

Either way, if B and/or K are the ones doing the stalking, it's easy enough to send a text "she's leaving now", and then dress, run down three houses, and hide. Once home, they would watch which light was going on, in which bedroom/bathroom, and go around (maybe via the roof, to avoid the lights and motion detectors) to that particular window, and do the attack.

Furthermore, if it was C2 or C doing the stalking (although at this point, I think they were not active in the stalking part, just the info transmission), they could still do it...timing would be a bit tighter, but it could still be done...especially if one factors in the 10-15 minutes after Morgan comes home the "attacks" begin. (5 minute clothing change, 10 minute drive...).

I think, at least at this point, Morgan was betrayed by those she trusted, by a group of folks she thought were her friends, and attacked by someone who had been stalking her for months already...from at least February 2011.

I am going to have to get off line for a while, but I'll work on my theory more this afternoon, and put it up later on tonight.

HC but according to the post Augst 27,28 Sept 2 , Mom stated: (M) “I just got home! I’m gunna take the quickest shower ever and then nab you? Where are you at?” Co texts back, “With Ca over at his house.”

So I was wrong I thought she was going over to CO house but CO was over at CA's house. I took it that she spent the night that evening over there. At 2 am while Morgan was over at CO's or CA's house is when the stalker appeared and made noise.

it could still be mixed in something... gel or not I would think
Yes, it easily could be mixed in something. If there is an acidic drink (e.g. orange juice, or black coffee, or an alcohol [but no indication of alcohol, as far as we can see]), it would help mask the taste of a bitter drug.

But not as a gel, I don't think. The gel that I see being talked about here is already infused onto a transdermal patch, so to get it off would, at least to me, not work too well. Transdermal patches are often time-release, so that is a different sort of compounding than just mixing powdered drug into a gel form.

Did that make sense?

I'm thinking it's far more likely that she was given some flexoril and amitriptyline orally that had originated in pill form and was subsequently ground to a powder, either in a drink she drank or by force later at home. Those broken nails tell me there was a struggle...which could be when the drink was administered.

And the levels of amitriptyline were SOOOOOOOO high, I don't see how it could have been done voluntarily, and not have fragments in her stomach.

No, Morgan was murdered. By whom we have yet to discover, but I am now firm in my belief that she was murdered.

And I think my working theory (in a different post) is one explanation of who, and how, the stalking took place.

OK- I am confused.

The “C” friend (the is only 1 “C” friend right now, right?) is the one with the blond hair and moon face, shown in a group picture on the blog, standing directly behind B. This is the picture that Morgan’s mom says shows some body language clues about a rift between Morgan and B.

The “C” mom is B’s mom, also ex-wife of “J.”

Am I correct, or am I missing another "C"?

My husband was given flexeril after back surgery and nerve pain. He would fall asleep in his chair after taking that stuff. Elavil is also for nerve pain and sleep in humans. Was morgan complaining of any muscle or nerve pain?

You're forgetting that B and K are involved somehow, and we don't know if everyone who said they were at CA's house stayed there the whole night...B or K could easily have gone over to spook the parents that night.

Could these meds have been slipped into something over a long period of time?

Maybe she was visiting "friends" over time and something was being mixed in with her food.

Just wondering bc I KNOW NOTHING about medicine.

Here's how we're doing it so far. If anyone has any suggestions, please make them. LOL.

CA= blond, moon face
CO= other friend (aka as C2)

We haven't come up with a C for B's mom, but how about CH, using the same assignment (first two letters of the name) that we did with CA and CO?

So it would be

CA
CO
CH

I hope more C's don't show up in the picture. LOL...it will get confusing, and I've just managed to get things straight in my head. LOL.

Food, pepsi, juices, or as someone mentioned earlier she liked to make homemade body creams. (From Morgan's blog that her mom posted.) I know nothing about medicines either, btw.

I take BC powders sometimes. Its crushed up headache powders (awesome stuff) but it is foul tasting. I have to put coke in my mouth and dump the BC there...and it's still foul tasting.

Amitriptyline is a med that has a "cumulative effect", meaning it would build up over time. It's "half-life" (the time it stays effective in the body) is something like up to 48 hours, so it's during the 48 hours from the initial dose that issues can occur if additional amitrip is taken.

But for Morgan to have consumed enough amitrip to have those levels in her system, she'd've had to been overdosing for a while. The dose found in her system at death was "several times greater" than the (generally accepted) lethal dose level, so if this was an "over time" thing, I believe she would have shown signs of amitrip intoxication before her death, and she would not have had those amounts at the time of her death (they would have been lower) because they would have already been lethal or make her ill enough to have been hospitalized (e.g. comatose).

And I am fairly certain that, as the prescription bottle she had still had pills in it, that she wasn't using her own pills, but someone else did this to her.

Factor in some flexeril, and you've got a seriously lethal combination which would lead to a fairly rapid death, from what I've read.

To me, it seems more likely that the lethal dose was administered shortly (within an hour or 90 minutes) of the time she died, and it was not done voluntarily (the fingernails being broken).

More later. I really do have to get some things done...

If in gastric contents, it must have been consumed. I will have to research to see if amitrip is absorbed transdermally, but the flexeril was absolutely consumed.

Thanks, Herding Cats! I still can't find mention of CO on the blog, but I will keep looking. Any clue where the first mention (or any mention... I don't care!0 is?
Thanks!

Thanks herding.

It will interesting to hear what she did the last day or two.

OK. So, I've derermined that stalker in photo is wearing a dark shirt.

The uniforms of the sherrif's deputies are dark in color: see photos on Sherrif's pages:
http://www.garcosheriff.com/k9.html

Or, dark pants and a bright blue polo type shirt w/ Deputy on the back (I think it says Deputy)
http://www.garcosheriff.com/community_events.html
And a photo of the Sherrif, who wears the same uni as his deputies:
http://www.garcosheriff.com/about_the_sheriff.html

Because I'm now fairly sure that the photos from the camera that show the deputies are sort of like a negative (dark is light), I'm suggesting that the stalker photo, which has an apparently "light" shirt be considered in the same vein...that dark is light on the photo.

Therefore, the stalker is wearing a dark shirt, with a dark hat, and may have darkish hair (if that's what we're seeing).

And frankly, a dark shirt would be more appropriate if one is stalking at night...you don't want people to see something light against a dark background (nighttime), so you'd dress in dark clothing to better blend in.

But that wouldn't coincide with their gun belts and radio being dark in the picture.

I'm interested in her past medical history. There was report of cognitive disorders (perhaps making her easier to manipulate?) and abdominal migraines (some docs think of people with abdominal migraines as drug seekers).

Abdominal pain can be a symptom of porphyria, so that's why that dx was entertained, but it was never definitive.

It's stated in the fax that the amy and hyperbaric treatments "partially" alleviated her symptoms, which means not only was she mentally stressed from the events at home, but was also probably dealing with chronic pain.

"The exact cause of abdominal migraines hasn't been discovered, but one theory is that abdominal migraines are caused by changes in two chemicals, histamine and serotonin. Both of these occur naturally in the body. The chemical changes could contribute to both migraine headaches and abdominal pain. Experts now believe that daily stress and anxiety can cause fluctuations in these body chemicals. There is increasing support for the theory that unexplained abdominal pain may have a psychological trigger."

So the stress would have made her physical problems worse.

How much of the cognitive disorder remained? Would this have made her more trusting of people?
