I used to live in Weld County and much of it is "rough", with a lot of gang activity and drug use/ trafficking. I would not be surprised if this woman is a victim of gang violence.
Could be a hoodie purchased from a thrift shop or given from a charitable (food + clothing) pantry...Is it safe to assume that UP96289 likely is a person who went missing post 2013 (and more likely post 2016/2017) due to the "Senior 17" hoodie? What other circumstances would occur where someone would have a high school Senior 17 hoodie prior to entering high school? Assuming that is what is stands for. While the hoodie may not specifically be the victims and could be a family or friends close to them, I am not sure why anyone would have this type of hoodie before 2013. Thoughts?
Correct! I just meant, the hoodie itself was likely not made prior to 2013. Typically people get them their senior year of high school so that would place it being made in 2016-2017 but it is possible they had it made during their freshman year? Otherwise, what other reason would someone have made a hoodie that says "Senior 17" on it?Could be a hoodie purchased from a thrift shop or given from a charitable (food + clothing) pantry...

Having lived in Greeley (weld county) I can say this person probably got it at a shelter, especially with them being found with two sweatshirtsIs it safe to assume that UP96289 likely is a person who went missing post 2013 (and more likely post 2016/2017) due to the "Senior 17" hoodie? Yes, that makes sense. I am just specifically trying to narrow down the potential years the person went missing.Having lived in Greeley (weld county) I can say this person probably got it at a shelter, especially with them being found with two sweatshirts
I always wish they put more details about clothing sizes too. Because if the sweatshirts/shirts are a size small, that could potentially help rule someone out if they typically wear larger sizes. The senior 17 T-shirt could be some kind of witticism for somebody considering themselves a senior citizen?
Going by the description of the clothes it looks like she wasn't wearing underwear, trousers or shoes.
I also wonder if the clothes were S,M, L, or EL?
