With the Mother waking up from a coma and describing such horrid events as cutting and killing of children, I don't know if she dreamed it, or actually witnessed it. So I'm being skeptical for the moment unless we can verify some things. For ex: shes proven not to be delusiona. I find it interesting the Mothers episodes didn't start til right after Haleigh went missing.

We also can't lose sight that snodgrass started visiting and using the Mothers property which was a change in bahavior and routine according to Misty S.

Will these tapes being recently released push LE to go back and tear that property up? Take cadaver dogs? forensics team? Like they did in the Garrido sp? and Jaycee Duggard case.

KOOL, in my opinion it is very sad that Law Enforcement would need something to PUSH them to fully investigate someone's property when it involves an innocent child. Why do the sex offenders have all the rights? We've seen what happens when a sex offender is released from prison. They go on to do commit more heinous crimes in most cases. Very sad.

Using the words "so far" doesn't give me a jolly feeling. Honestly I hope there is no possible way this scum is connected to Haleigh's disappearance. I fear there would not be a positive outcome were he officially linked. JMO

Marlea, why am I just hearing about Daniel Snodgrass, who is charged with being a child sex predator on a nine-year-old child? Now, is this the same -- no, it couldn`t possibly be the same sex predator we heard about before that had the ankle monitor because you get one of those when you`re convicted. This is somebody new? And how close do they live to Haleigh?
MARLENA SCHIAVO, CNN HN PRODUCER: This is somebody new. And this is somebody who stopped by the Haleigh bug center (ph), Nancy. last week, and in and was turned away when he tried make a donation. A man who was charged for sexual battery on a minor in 2007. He has an ankle monitoring bracelet. The police have already investigated him. They say he wasn`t anywhere near Haleigh but keeping an eye on him.

SCHIAVO: You`ve got it. He is awaiting trial, Nancy. And he`s out on bond right now.

So, he has been charged of sexual bettery on a minor, but no conviction or is he still awaiting trial on this charge too?

Tuesday Regan told First Coast News, "This gentleman pulled in here and said, 'I don't want any recognition. I don't want anyone to know my name. I heard you need office supplies for the foundation for Haleigh.'"

Regan said the man told him he had furniture at his house he would donate.

Then Regan said he heard the man mention his name to a reporter from Orlando.

"The reporter asked the man his name and he said, 'Snodgrass. Daniel Snodgrass.' A nd that name went BING in my head," Regan told First Coast News.

Daniel Snodgrass was arrested in 2007 on two charges. One was sexual battery on a child as well as a lewd and lascivious charge involving a child.

Regan said he knew of Snodgrass' name and alleged history because he and others have been researching the area. .................Harris told First Coast New he asked Snodgrass if he had on an ankle monitor and Snodgrass said that he did.

Harris said, "It's a little strange that an accused child molester with an ankle bracelet... would come here to make a community contribution."

Snodgrass is out of jail on bond. His trial is set for this summer.

Captain Dick Schauland with the Putnam County Sheriff's Office said investigators have checked into Snodgrass' location the night Haleigh Cummings disappeared. Schauland said the company which monitors Snodgrass' movements via GPS indicates he was not near Haleigh on February 9th.

You know, since MC apparently "knows" DS and he had risque pictures of her, is it possible he was trading drugs to her for these pictures? Maybe she went over there and scored the night of Haleigh's disappearance and he added a little something to whatever he gave her that konked her out and he slips in and grabs Haleigh, hence no forced entry, or maybe he went back over to the home w/ her and waited for her to pass out. Maybe they were doing the "deed" on the couch and this is what Jr. saw as the couch bouncing. Now, Misty's lie detector tests come back as she is lying because she suspects this is what happened and she feels guilty for doing this and giving him the opportunity to take Haleigh? And she doesn't want to say she did this because #1 it is embarrassing for her and #2 she knows RC would prob. kill her, maybe she is scared DS would kill her. This may be the "key" she is with holding. IMO. Maybe that is where she was when RC was calling and TC went to the trailer.

And I saw this question on another site, but it does give me pause. If the GPS device did not alert when Snodgrass went to the Haleighbug center, he must have a pretty big "home" area.

Ya know, I questioned if Cobra was just now putting this stuff out there, because of his upcoming trial in regards of his arrest. Well, today he posted on BNN that this incident is now why he got arrested...

Maybe it is, or maybe it isn't, but every time you turn around, he is pointing his fingers at someone else, in regards of his arrest. It makes me think that he isn't releasing this stuff for Haleigh's sake... he is doing it for his own as he tries to build a defense to keep his tail out of jail. If it was truly about finding Haleigh, IMO he would have exposed this info early on... and as horrible as the tape is, I don't get why he let this interview fall to the side, so he could go and run after other people in regards of Haleigh's disappearance.

Curve I have always had a suspicion that when Law Enforcement came forward and and said that "Misty was the key" they had a reason for it and I truly don't think they were building a murder investigation around her. I think at this point anything might be possible. DS has a roommate, or had a roommate did he not? What is that saying birds of a feather flock together? I don't know.

I know that back at the start of this case I found a website that Misty had uploaded a lot of photos to. I also remember that she had aspirations of modeling and some of the pictures on the site were in reference to that. I thought I had it bookmarked but I didn't and the site got shut down anyway...or went private I can't remember. But, I don't think that it is outside the realm of possibility that Misty might have been approached by DS under the ruse of getting pictures made or for the drug angle. Misty has been divorced from Ronald for a short time and it would appear that if she was indeed over at that apartment complex for the purpose of obtaining drugs. I hope that someone is watching over Misty.

Was she in a coma when she was shown these pictures?

Misty Sanders mother is Daniel Snodgrass's girlfriend of 5 years whose first name I believe is Sherylyn. Sherylyn, Misty S's mother, was hospitalized February 20th because of what appears to be a drug overdose that was not caused by alcohol or a recreational drug according to tests administered by hospital staff after she was admitted to hospital and had slipped into a coma. Hospital personnel did not order a test which might have revealed what actually did cause her to slip into a coma. DS was a chemical engineer in the military. Misty S stated her mother began having seizures after she began a relationship with DS. LE confiscated hundreds of photos from DS's home which Detective Peggy Cone showed to Misty Sanders in order to identify her mother. During Misty Sanders interview with Cobra, she said she saw risqué photos of Misty Croslin when she viewed the photos with Det Cove and although she has not seen Misty Croslin in person, she knows who she is.

It will be interesting, jmo, I have been wondering if DS did actually go to the HaLeighBug, and if there is any proof that he did.

I bumped the file on Snodgrass which contains an article which proves Daniel Snodgrass did go to the HaLeighBug Foundation to donate and he caused problems while he was there.
