Night of 6-30 to morning of 7-1 is full of abnormal activity. This is the first night TL is out of town -- KC has his Jeep -- pinging from 12am - 2am in BP off the Union Park tower -- pinging from 2am to 10 am in an area that has a street called Bella Vida Blvd.


Before it was just another street name easily found on google maps .. but now its much more than that ... check out the link below and then think about the night of 6-30 into the morning of 7-1 and the new tatoo on 7-2 or 7-3.

Does anyone know if TES or OCSO had this on their list of areas to search? Think about this place for a minute. Think about how its all new construction - nobody living there yet - lot of stuff being hauled off as part of the construction process. This place with its grand entrance proudly displaying the name 'Bella Vida' to all that pass by. IMO

Wasn't Casey telling AH or someone that she and her mom were going to be buying a new home that would cost something like $225,000 or $250,000? She mentioned it was near some dump on such and such a road, can anyone recall name of the road, and is this Bella Vida near that location?

Nope, sorry (and I really hate holding back).

Does anyone remember a guy that KC was texting prior to her arrest, last name was Brown or something like that. He worked for a construction company. (it's in the discovery docs). Now what if he just so happened to work for a construction company that was building in this new sub-division. And what if "said" construction company decided to use a secluded, remote location as their personal dumping ground, instead of using a construction dumpster like every other builder I've seen around here.

That would explain at least one of the many instances where gas cans were mentioned in this case.

I was thinking it looked more like a lasting memorial to me. Ive thought that this case was one of "connecting the dots" .. so having a tatoo of Bella Vida done so shortly after having been "in the area" somewhat raises an flag.

The architect sketch shows Bella Vida displayed on the entrance .. can anyone confirm it actually built that way? Google maps street view shows it pretty good.

Hubby just said he remembers seeing the Bella Vida sign at the entrance as they drove past it on their way to a search site.

There's definitely an entrance sign, but I can't zoom in quite close enough to read it. Try MSN Live Search Map -- the bird's eye view...

That's it !! Just checked w/hubby again. Not sure about TB working for construction, BUT HE DID have ABC Development programmed into his cell phone and had called their number. So he could have worked for them, if he had a reason to call their number. Hubby spent the weekend deep in ping info and .txt messages and cell calls, so it's pretty fresh on his mind.

I just wanted to post a blip out here. (after re-reading this whole thread---yes my eyes are on fire!!!)

We have to remember the conditions during the late June early July time frame. There was LOTS of water due to some tropical storms. Water levels in all rivers and creeks were crazy high. Conditions were NOT the same then as they are now. Some water levels here were at an all time high. Think docks under water and such.

If anyone can nab water level info for the area that timeframe, it may "flush" out new clues??? I'll continue to look also.

I didn't realize how much area this river crossed? Which part of the Econ runs through this "site" Upper, Middle, Lower? I'm sure I'll find it soon but I keep finding closed websites! Grrrrr

Water levels are monitored by the regional watershed district. Here's a link to their archived surface water map for Orange County. I'm sure their local office could provide detailed maps for specific dates.

M/I homes is the builder .. if i read it right this is a master planned community and only has 1 builder .. you have to pick one of a few models, choose your own interior stuff, work with a project manager, etc. Its not like custom builders where they each buy lots and build their own. So does M/I build east of this location or have land?

Don't know. Someone who lives in East Orlando might. I only know about the builders over here on the Central FL east coast.
