SAN RAMON, Calif. -- U.S. Congressman Jerry McNerney on Monday will honor the police specialist who helped find Jaycee Dugard, the woman allegedly held captive for 18 years by Phillip and Nancy Garrido at their home near Antioch. McNerney, D-Pleasanton, will recognize Lisa Campbell, manager of the University of California, Berkeley Police Department's special events unit, at a 5 p.m. ceremony at San Ramon City Hall. An official Congressional Record Statement was added to the record of the U.S. House of Representatives in Campbell's honor, and McNerney will present her with a printed and framed copy at the ceremony, according to his office. more at link: http://www.ktvu.com/news/21010238/detail.html
