Schools are way too lax with their doors and who has control of the entrances, (doors). I know in this area the schools have portable class rooms, (trailers) at just about every school now, All of those teachers in those are suppose to have a key to gain entry back into the main building. At the elementary school I am familiar with there is a wooden door stop in the threshold to keep the door have closing. If the crazies want to kill students in schools it will be hard to keep them from getting in. jmo

Very cool indeed, X. When Survivor stopped its finale for a moment of silence before announcing the winner, it was just plain awkward. Well intended, I have no doubt, but ending your moment of tribute to return to an audience screaming for its favorites is in questionable taste.

The more we read the more it sounds like the 'move' to 'wherever' but in some ways out of the basement and into the real world was what triggered this incident. I have a 'pet' theory that AL planned this for a long time and when the Dark Knight shooting happened he followed that closely and noticed the map (below) which was posted in one of the early threads.

Gotham-map-Dark-Knight-Rises_zps58a05e6b.jpg

Noticing Sandy Hook in bottom left he saw this as a 'sign' that he was supposed to complete his 'mission' at the school he had attended as a boy and for which he harboured some old resentment, who knows how deep his anger and paranoia ran .. we will likely never know the depths of his mental illness / depression or whatever it was, if he was psychotic or not, or if he suffered from delusions. The secret of 'who is AL' is one he seems determined to keep. I was interested to read about his OCD in this article ..

Every day as a sophomore “he wore the same uniform: a blue shirt and khaki pants. He probably had 5 sets of them. The next year, it was a green plaid shirt.”

I'd noticed the repeat T-shirt wearing in these pictures but thought they were just taken on the same day, now looking at the hair I don't think so...

It's interesting, but I also think that the people with real information are talking to LE and will not speak to media, so all we will hear until there is a report will be town gossip and 'information' from people who have not known them well in recent years.

These snippets from this December 16th LA Times article:

Connecticut shooter would 'just shut down' in high school
Adam Lanza was prone to 'episodes' of withdrawal, even in the tech club he enjoyed, says a former advisor. He began taking college classes at 16.December 16, 2012|By Shashank Bengali, Molly Hennessy-Fiske and Kim Murphy, Los Angeles Times

<snip>
"She was willing to uproot her life," Bergquist said. "Nancy pretty much made it clear that she needed to be with him because he couldn't handle being on his own."

At Western Connecticut, Adam Lanza did not work toward any major or degree, said college official Paul Steinmetz, and was still on the rolls at the time of the shooting, though not actively enrolled.

Few remember him."

More, of course, at the link. In light of the current conversation, I was particularly interested in the things I bolded.

PURPLE - this puzzles me. Does that mean she thought he could be on his own for days, but not longterm?

I keep reminding myself that most of what the My Place people say is what Nancy told them in the past three years. Seems they didn't see Adam much or at all during that time.
As far as college... they may keep your name in the system for a while even though you haven't enrolled for a couple of years?

Let me guess: something about a connection to: 9-11? JFK Assassination? Chem Trails? Mind Control? The Teletubbies?
LMAO

They'll probably uncover something earth changing that could potentially save the world from destruction but it will fall on deaf ears because they've been silly geese calling anything and everything a conspiracy...

LOL, HastingsCHI...

With the assault weapons like Adam had, he didn't really need to get inside the school, he could have stood in the parking lot and wiped out at least two full classrooms of teachers and students just by shooting through the walls.

I hope this act of evil that he committed was not suggested to him online by a bunch of creepo trolls.

Yes, many do this as the class which is in the portable need to enter the school to use the washroom. I can see much stronger guildelines will be put in place for schools that do this.

I don't know if this has been posted yet.

On Friday, detectives obtained and began examining records related to psychiatric care Lanza had received in an attempt to determine a motive

The authorities have learned generally from the children who ran away that something may have happened to Lanza's rifle that caused him to stop firing. The substance of the statements, which are not entirely consistent, is that a piece of the weapon, probably a magazine holding live bullets, was dropped or fell to the classroom floor.

A source said that the Bushmaster rifle that Lanza used in the shootings is at the state police forensic laboratory undergoing several tests, including tests to determine whether it was jammed.

Yes it was cool, though we lost to WOFFORD??

LOL

The other Jesuit/Catholic university to honor Sandy Hook by wearing Sandy Hook uniforms was Providence College during their basketball game ...Xavier & Providence College have alot of close ties with faculty, etc

There is several things of concern after listening to the radio transmissions of LE responding to the Sandy Hook Elementary School on the morning of 12/14/2012.. Anyone have the time of arrival of the first responding unit and the TOD of AL?
I will need to listen to it again to detail specific concerns..

"On Friday, detectives obtained and began examining records related to psychiatric care Lanza had received in an attempt to determine a motive. Several friends of his mother have said that he suffered from Asperger's syndrome but authorities have not confirmed that or indicated it had anything to do with the shootings."

Unfortunately that sentence is written poorly but I assume they have not confirmed the diagnosis.

Whether or not information can be uncovered from the hard drive, why are cops saying discovery of motive is unlikely given that they have Lanza’s IP address, which means they can learn everything they need to know about activity on that computer even without its hard drive.
This is exactly what I said several days back as it just is absolutely nonsensical what has been stated about the computer and how he destroyed their chance of finding a motive by destroying the hard drive.. and now this entire issue being brought up of why would they being making such adamant statements as if to go ahead and get out front of the issue by stating that its likely DUE TO THE HAMMER TO THE HARD DRIVE that all the answers are lost...NO, THEYRE NOT, AS I SAID COUPLE DAYS BACK they have full access to every single thing he did on the internet, and every site accessed, and material downloaded..

Why are they so dead set on right up front putting it out there with adamant declarations of all is lost and we'll never have the answers or motive ..??

Good catch. He became more of a "nerd" in terms of how he dressed when he got to high school. He wore the same outfit everyday and I think I read that he had several pairs of the same khaki pants and green shirt. Apparently, Albert Einstein also had many of the same shirt and pants. JMO

I've seen speculations that Einstein would have been diagnosed with Asperger's if he lived today.

As you will notice, authorities have not confirmed too much of anything, however, with info that has been provided, I am convinced he did have aspergers. I am also sure that he had other mental health issues as well.

Thanks MRS NORRIS---- Is your user name from the Harry Potter cat??...LOL

This is really good sleuthing ...thanks...the Colorado shooter's plan could very well be a foreboding of AL's plan
