Blanket, need I say more?
He might have called his son Blanket, but he certainly wasn't a Casey Anthony! He loved his children and tried to protect them. You cannot deny that!

BBMI don't see how that even matters as propofol was not a drug to be used in a home setting, and not for sleep inducement as an insomnia aid. Nor were there informed consent and monitoring charts...so it won't matter if Michael Jackson begged and his entire future in the entertainment field was on the line - a physician should not have been so negligent as to supply the propofol, administer it, and leave the patient with access to a dangerous and restricted drug.
MJ died under the care of Murray, and apparently from the combination of propathal (sp) and other meds. But, how do we know that this was the first time MJ had ever used this for his sleeplessness. Where would he even come up with this idea to use it? And another fact that was brought out was that during the day the doc went home to sleep, it sounded like he was only there at night. Is that right? And if so, how do we know what MJ did during the day. They said no one was allowed into the house. Lots of questions for me. jmo
What I cannot believe is why they allowed that tape of the slurred speech and how can they prove it is MJ.Did he have witnesses? Or was that another patient of his ? I would have had that tape thrown out.I can't understand a word he is saying and does not even sound like him.Even if it was,to me it was beyond patient and doctor privilege.
Like it was completely okay for Micheal to take Propofol ,yet someone elses fault when the what can happen does happen.During television and radio interviews in LA last week, Jermaine compared the anesthetic Propofol – the cause of Michael’s death – to a gun, saying: 'This sedative is like a gun. In the right hands, it should be safe. In the wrong hands, it is lethal. With Dr Murray, it was in the wrong hands. He was there to take care of Michael, not take his life.
I was under the impression that is the part of the tape they want to draw attention to for opening. I think the rest of the recording might make it clear it was Micheal Jackson.
I am sure the defence tried but to get it tossed but it is relavent undeniably so even.
It was reported that when the tape was played today, the family looked at each other in shock...maybe they think it isn't him?
