I've just seen a bit of this today. Does anyone know the name of the (apparently) doctor who testified that she would never use propofol outside of the hospital. She was quite exotic looking and seemed to have on a stunning jacket. TIA
I don't think actors/actresses get paid to go on casting calls?? Correct me if I'm wrong. Seems like anyone else going on a job interview and not being paid for that either.
I believe you are referring to Dr. Thao Nguyen - one of the cardiologist in the ER.
You're right -- they don't even get subway fare.... Occasionally a casting call for a bit part in a play or a movie will appear in a teeny-tiny ad in the NYTimes. No pay, of course, just walk in the door and be ready to be disappointed, but sometimes good things happen... When a show is on tour, there will be casting calls on the local level -- in the city where the tour is going -- for crowds, or people in a line, or a mob, etc., etc.
It may not happen to Alvarez, however, but she's trying.
And she is a beauty.
Yes but the witness did get it on the record in one of his responses that even though there is no regulation, that given the nature of these drugs he would have only shipped them to a dr office or clinic. I'm glad he was able to say that on the record. IMO these drugs should be more controlled than they appear to be.

I'm actually shocked that this judge allowed these women to testify.
Ha! Vinnie just used the word "parade" of women. Talk about character assassination. Wow.
I'm not so sure this was a good move on the part of the prosecution. They could've let this evidence in without these women parading in front of the jury.
Oh and who cares if he had 7 kids with 5 women? What does that have to do with this case?

I wonder about the legal wife of Dr. Murray - and why she hasn't divorced this husband of her's? Does anyone know anything about Mrs. Conrad Murray?
On HLN they said some in the Jackson family were making snide comments. Did anyone catch what those comments were? TIA
Asked about meeting MJ. She's pretty proud about meeting him. Was impressed the Murray was treating MJ. Murray arranged for her to meet MJ. It was a surprise. She was speechless. They went to MJs home. Spent a brief time at the visit. She was excited.
Asked about meeting other patients. She has met other patients, yes. In Houston. When she met MJ it was the only patient she had met.
Sorry lunch time gotta go.
is it true that the dr. was never paid by mj?
There is nothing in Dr. Murrays biography to confirm he was ever married.
It does say however that in December 2008 Dr. Murray, who has an unknown number of children, was ordered to cough up $3,700 in unpaid child support.
His father, Rawle Andrews, was a Houston area physician who up until his death in 2001, focused his career on offering medical services to the poor.
