I need a root canal, only appointment is in 2 weeks...tooth hurts, and it ain't getting better. What to do? Doesnt seem I have a choice

Right. There are certain things we still have to do even though it may put us at a little more risk because needing a Dentist to help fix a tooth which is causing pain is not really an elective thing.

Something like a cosmetic procedure, we could think about more before making a decision but when tooth is hurting and needs repair work, that is something that I would keep on my list to go ahead and get it addressed. The tooth usually only starts to hurt worse when not addressed.

I dunno if I would trust their equipment. Wasn't it revealed that China was reusing dirty masks, ironing and reselling/distributing them?

Listening to national news is very perplexing. A doctor will stress how we need to continue on as normal with our freshly washed hands, the next segment will alert us to new cases worldwide......

I just returned from my very nice mani and pedi. Techs always wear gloves but no masks today. One client talked about how she just returned from Key West and thinks the virus is being unnecessarily hyped. She seemed to know about the outbreak at the nursing home in Washington but not much else. Sounds like she didn't pay much attention to national news while she was in Florida. The other client besides me said nothing, and I asked everyone to stay well when I was leaving. I'm due for a haircut, too, but can wait another week or two.

He goes to the same church they do. He knows they're there 4-5 times a week. He knows they visit local nursing homes almost daily. Oh and he's hoping FIL's new bladder cancer medication will be in by 3/28!

Coconut oil and tree oil can help the pain. Some mouthwash's have those ingredients. Add garlic to your food can help kill the bacteria affecting your tooth root.

Make sure you keep anti inflammatory in your system as directed. Ora gel works but can damage tissue around the tooth. My heart goes out to you ! Will dentist prescribe antibiotics ? Nothing more aggravating than the dreaded tooth ache. Clove oil works but it's strong ! Heat and ice on 20 min off 20 min alternating when throbbing pain. Am sorry you are going through this @galiuro1

yes, I posted that but it was individuals, not the gov't. doing it.
Wonder if China will make the offer to help US?
