Time for me to take a break.

"In what appears to be a rather drastic measure to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID 19), North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un allegedly sanctioned for the execution of the first North Korean patient tested positive for the deadly strain of the virus.

According to Secret Beijing, an anonymous social media commentator, who terms himself as an analyst on China affairs, the patient was shot dead. The story is still developing and there is still no clarity on the details of the patient executed by North Korea.

This comes as no surprise as under its dictator Kim Jong Un such harsh measures have been carried out for silliest of reasons."

California is monitoring at least 8,400 people for the coronavirus

SMH - how many more, 50? 150? 200? 8,200?

Numbers will jump once testing is done on all of the "monitoring" cases in this country.

California has 200 kits and a population of 40 million.

I'll bet North Korea has a better ratio than that

I've been stalking walmart.com for weeks pricing things. Suddenly my local walmart has none of their house brand sanitizer, dry milk powder and almost none of the house brand white rice. You can't get the big bags now at all. Less than a week ago they had a HUGE stash of that sanitizer.

Also I have been monitoring weeks for certain tomato products to get back in stock. I noticed yesterday that almost every last can of tomatoes or paste was sold out except for the organic brand.

Ive been watching the Stock Market for past 3 days and it is depressing. Today, it is significantly down again.

IMO, based on overall US stocks, below is my assessment on how it has done in past few days at days closing. Yesterday it started to rebound but today is bad again.

Monday - most main US Stock indexes down about 3-4% overall

Tuesday - down about 2-3% overall

Wednesday - down about 0.5%

Today (so far) - down about 2-2.5%

The amount of total money lost in stock value alone is astronomical when adding all the losses.

Costco has Horizon Organic whole milk in 10 oz containers that don't need to be refrigerated. The outdate on my case is July 2020.
Organic milk is UHT treated and generally has a long outdate without requiring refrigeration. I found that out traveling in the tropics.

A North Korean official -- that was not identified -- came from the COVID-19 outbreak center China and went back to the country wherein he was quarantined before officially returning to North Korea.

Reports said that the official insisted on going to a public bathroom even while he was under quarantine. After this, the quarantined official was reportedly shot dead after risking the spread of the viral disease in the country.

Under the new rule of North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong-Un, he vowed that anyone will leave the Coronavirus quarantine process without any permission from any officials would be "ruled by military law"-- this means they will be executed on the spot once they got caught.

I've never noticed that! Can you tell me what area of Costco I would find that in? Is it with the other beverages....juice etc?
