seriously we couldn't make this up
Oh come on. What is wrong with people.
seriously we couldn't make this up
I’m from Cajun country where we great with a hug and/a kiss and have large family gatherings. We’re good a hurricane preparedness and helping our neighbors. Social distancing is foreign to us, but we’re survivors.Good night WS friends.....sort of a strange day.....day 9 of my isolate program. Son had to close his shop in Arizona....daughter went on work at home program....good friend had dental emergency and I was the requested driver.
The numbers are going up in LOUISIANA.
Thinking of all of you.....big hugs, Lato
Well I wouldn’t, and the people in my community don’t. We all just go out and walk and we may wave across the road and say hello from a distance. I suppose there’s always those who won’t abide by the rules.
I had not thought to share this idea butPeople sneeze, it goes on the sidewalk, other people pick it up on their shoes, go home, get sick? Is that why countries have people in hazmat suits spraying the sidewalk?

It's ridiculous for each city, county, state to make different decisions about how to conduct/control the spread of this virus. This should be a federal decision.
Residents of the Bay Area, for example, could easily skirt the stay in place request and go elsewhere for a couple of weeks. We need a federal mandate to STAY IN PLACE or else.
Well... my grandson has a temp of 103, and a dry cough. I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions?
Test does work without symptoms-maybe not always, but it does. Some people are asymptomatic and yet test positive.
Not sure how old your grandson is but 103 is a high temp. I would call a doctor.

Not, a political post I hope, as this has nothing to do with ANY particular party.
Mods. Please remove, if not allowed what I want to say here about the USA.
Personally, I am dumbfounded, that a first world country only has 924,000.00 hospital beds, for a country of over 363,000. Million people.
Yes, I am amazed to hear that so much of our medicenes depend on China.
Only because of this Pandemic, have I learned about this.
My husband had Major heart surgery a year ago to this month.
The hospital, the doctors, the nurses were beyond fantastic.
They saved his life.
Everyone at this hospital was trained, caring, kind, and had the equipment to save his 71 year old body.
No crowds. No busy areas, everything clean.
Plenty of parking.
Honestly, it was a dream, amazing.
We are in So. California.
He was on Medicare (for over 65 years old) with a supplement insurance policy from Blue Cross.
Even after 7 hours of surgery, 5 days in the hospital and 6 weeks of home care with nurses coming once or twice a day. Our total bill, was -0-.
ZERO.
A true godsend as he could not work.
I will be forever grateful that the man I Love with my whole heart is still next to me one year later.

I had not thought to share this idea but
I have been spraying my shoes with rubbing alcohol when I get home and leaving them on the porch.

that's the lovely feeling we get to experience in Canada whenever medical help is needed
every country needs it
