What is interesting is that the more out of control the outbreak, the sooner the peak, the more people sick and the more deaths, according to our projections.
That is the exponentional function they keep talking about.

A better way?
With uncontrolled outbreak the medical system is overwhelmed and lots of people, who would have survived in other circumstances, die because there are no hospital beds, mechanical ventilators and medical staff- especially intensive care professionalists- for all patients.
And the medical staff then begin getting sick and dying, like it happened in Italy.
And the quality of their medical system was 4th in the world.
That is why the strategy of "flattening the curve" has being applied in most countries.
