He cleared it all up.:D:D

Yes, it was much ado about nothing, and he was completely insulted when a reporter asked him if he had to say what he was saying (something to that effect), which he should have been.

Growing evidence suggests #COVID19 can spread before people show symptoms (pre-symptomatic) and from people who have #coronavirus but never show symptoms (asymptomatic). Cloth face coverings help prevent spread of COVID-19 in these situations.

Dang I broke a crown on a tooth I had a root canal done on. I have this nice gaping hole. I'm afraid if I don't call the dentist asap my crown will not fit anymore. What to do...What to do.

This happened to me about 3 weeks ago! My dentist's office is closed so I have been living with the hole. Hasn't been too bad, actually.

Please call your dentist if you have questions. Emergency procedures could likely still happen, if not at your regular office then at another place your dentist could refer you to - or answer questions about what to do while waiting for a regular appointment.

Good luck!

"Coronavirus: Eamonn Holmes under fire over 5G comments - BBC News" Eamonn Holmes under fire over 5G comments

TV presenter Eamonn Holmes is at the centre of a controversy after casting doubt on media outlets that debunk the myth that 5G causes coronavirus.

"What I don't accept is mainstream media immediately slapping that down as not true when they don't know it's not true," the ITV This Morning host said.

"It's very easy to say it is not true because it suits the state narrative."

He was criticised on social media and by scientists who have dismissed the theories as "complete rubbish".

"The opinions of the mainstream media or the state hardly come into the debate," said Dr Simon Clarke, associate professor in cellular microbiology at the University of Reading.

"Numerous doctors and scientists around the world have said that the disease is caused by a virus, something completely different to a mobile phone signal."

'Responsible and careful'
5G radio signals are electromagnetic waves, he explained. "Electromagnetic waves are one thing, viruses are another, and you can't get a virus off a phone mast.

"Similarly, sensible studies have failed to corroborate the claim that the signals emitted by 5G masts are able to suppress our immune systems."

Been doing a booming business from what I have been told.
$4.95 pickup and $9.95 delivery is what the local grocery charged. Except delivery isn’t available right now. Go figure.

$50 for a pie and they charge for delivery on top of that??!
LOL I'm flabbergasted

I had an appointment scheduled to have the crown replaced, but they cancelled it & closed down that week. They said it is not ideal to leave the crown out for so long, but not considered an emergency. I definitely don't want to risk going into a dentist office. I'm in NY & it is really the least of my concerns.

Mom thanks thoughtful FedEx driver who sanitized package to protect high-risk daughter
So many stories of people being thoughtful about other people. I've witnessed many myself.

The fact that people are distancing is making a HUGE difference in flattening the curve and keeping the numbers down, saving people from sickness. I'm not hearing a lot of recognition so here is my THANK YOU, PEOPLE, for efforts made to stop the spread of the virus.

The efforts are worth it - keep it up!!!

(Tired of the blame game - it's depressing. We could use some encouragement, imo.)

my husband has a severe cavity or two
his throat/neck/jawline is swollen
the dentist ordered antibiotics for him and said they will call them when they have a day for emergencies
it's been a week
I thought the whole point of emergency is that you don't wait
at least the antibiotics have helped the pain somewhat lesson

hmmm, I love to bake and can really make a mean pie. About 100 houses in my little neighborhood, a new means of income! That would be a nice boost to my bank account.

My cousin is a pastor in the Netherlands. This Sunday, he live-streamed his communion service from the edge of a hyacinth field. The whole field was in full bloom with rows and rows of purple hyacinths. I could smell them from here in Canada.

wow.... i can smell them too....here is N. Florida........... a breath of fresh air in the fields of flowers...

The DDS won't be able to numb the area if it is infected, so it is best to wait for the antibiotic to calm the area down before proceeding.

We have looked at information from COMTRADE, a database maintained by the United Nations that tracks the bilateral trade for almost 200 countries and 5,000 product categories. Some of these categories are broader than the specific products we’d like to consider, but they offer internationally comparable data.

Professional masks
Professional masks, such as the now famous N95 masks, are essential in the battle against COVID-19, but in Canada, most of them are imported. They appear in the COMTRADE product category as “breathing appliances and gas masks” and “protective masks” having no mechanical parts.

Beyond professional masks, the WTO recently published a list of products that are essential for tackling COVID-19. We tracked 75 of these products in COMTRADE data. Let’s call them COVID-19 products.

In Canada, COVID-19 products accounted for 3.9 per cent of total imports in 2018, compared to 5.8 per cent in the U.S. These products include medicinal products, immunological products, medical, surgical or dental instruments and plastic products, among which there are certain types of masks. The exact composition of COVID product imports differs in each country, reflecting their different manufacturing structures.

The COMTRADE data also shows that Canada is a key supplier to the United States for some products that the U.S. does not export much itself to other countries, and therefore rarely produces. They include antibiotics other than penicillin, sterilizers for medical, surgical or laboratory use and electro-cardiographs.

In times of crisis, it’s easier to ensure quick deliveries, if necessary, with commercial partners that are geographically close and with whom we share a trusting relationship. And so maintaining a harmonious relationship between Canada and the U.S. is important for both countries.
Why Canada needs the United States to fight the coronavirus
bbm

I posted the CBC link earlier today describing the position that Quebec is taking regarding import/export with the USA, and protectionism in Canada. The 3M N95 mask situation, mentioned in the article, has changed how Canada views the USA.
