I agree that we need to be planning for the fall and slowly getting items to store for use later.
I will stock up again on dog food, rice, paper products, Ensure and the like.
Meat has doubled in the price per pound locally. I did get some from the butcher last week. - @ normal price.
Freezers are unavailable online or anywhere else as far as I can tell.
I saw a 7.0 cubic ft stand up freezer that normally might be $200.00 on a yard sale site for $400.00!
I gave mine to my son last year and I'm kicking myself now.
He hasn't even used it yet!
I may buy a side by side fridge for extra freezer space since we are empty nesters now.
It's like the first of February all over again!
