From what I understand Fauci and Birx have been strongly urged not to appear on any media platform.

Alright friends, my hands are turning numb and blue, gotta go, can’t take it anymore, dying. Going to go talk to my cat like @mickey2942 (even though I don’t even have a cat).

Note to self to bring forward for reference later when hand circulation returns:

- Rally R Naught & Risk Assessment / some modeling numbers
- Spain/Italy - football game
- APLVD
- @Bravo ‘s Super Bowl Post
- Choir Study & S. Korea cluster church notes

One establishment in my City has a sign I find so offensive. It reads "The only Corona you will get here is 5 bucks"

I think a lot wore masks so they wouldn't be recognised - that's what happened in UK.

Link to direct quote from a U.K. protestor, please.

And you missed the point of my original post.

All right y’all, I realize I’ve been away because I sit on my hands so much I let the raccoons get the garden to ruin.
But what’s APLVD & a Death Clock Truck??

Maybe Trump will ask the crowd to please wear their masks?

"President Donald Trump told Axios on Friday that he anticipated a “wild evening” at his Saturday campaign rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma, while recommending “people do what they want” when it comes to wearing a mask at the event — and even suggested it could be harmful to wear one."

Why wouldn't it? Are there counter demos going on then?

Yes, and the President included “protesters” in with those who might be violent when he tweeted:

Any protesters, anarchists, agitators, looters or lowlifes who are going to Oklahoma please understand, you will not be treated like you have been in New York, Seattle, or Minneapolis. It will be a much different scene!

So here’s hoping that peaceful protestors will be treated respectfully.

As long as they don't break the law I am sure they will be. Here's the mask link that explains UK police views re face coverings for protests. It predates the Corona or BLM era so not to be OT.

Balaclavas In England

I wonder what gives Trump the idea there could be trouble?

No not open for inside service. Patio only.

Bars in my town in Southern Oregon are open and crowded, despite the fact that they have social distancing rules. Not a care in the world.

You're lucky. Still dry where I live both inside or out doesn't matter. R = 0.8 as well.

We are seeing the same on the Patios. Crowded. No masks except the staff

This doesn’t relate to what you implied/said about protestors wearing masks to avoid being identified. A balaclava covering most of the face is not what most protestors were wearing.

And again, you ignored the point of my original post. Mask-wearing by many, many protestors was not my point. Moving on....
