Could Lee Anthony face charges for obstruction of justice? PART TWO

Here's my bet. I bet Casey convinced Lee that the cops were going to "pin this" on her and asked him to help her by doing something with her computer, erasing things, maybe he faked those emails about her imaginary job, etc. Lee, who impresses me a big doofus who thinks he's smart, did it for her.

He reminds me of Jethro Bodine, , and I bet he thought he'd be a "double agent" and act like he was working "with" the cops, offered to "help" but all the while he'd be trying to ascertain what they had on Casey and where they were going with things, maybe also feeding more phony stuff to them. In the course of that, I bet he lied outright to them and that's another thing he's in trouble for. Betcha. Now of course he will say that he was only doing it because he thought they were framing her and that she never confessed anything to him, which may be true and which would explain his attorney saying "unknowingly" when describing anything Lee did.

Now, maybe the DA wants his testimony to show that Casey was manipulating her brother to lie and destroy evidence (computer) for her, which is of course an indication of guilt. They're pressuring him with the possibility of criminal charges because his testimony will help them convict her.

THAT'S RIGHT - IT WAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok - so if I'm remembering correctly about hearing her high tail it outta there before LA got there - then how did she get outta there? Or should I say - WHO got her outta there? She wasn't with TL because he was in NY.

ah - LIGHT BULB - I bet she was with AD (whose interview we have yet to see - or anything from her at all) - COULD THAT BE WHY? I don't remember in reading all the interviews that one of them mentioned this - but I could be wrong - maybe that is where I remember hearing about it. Oh IDK.

But I bet she left with AD.


OK - I just read the post that says AH and RM - so there ya go. But if she did talk with LA on the 3th or the 4th and at length as well, what did she tell him? I don't think we've heard HIS side of this conversation.

IIRC she was with the 'best friend' and others. The BF is a guy and I can't remember his name for the life of me! He is the one that Cindy told that Casey was a sociapath. It was in his interview about her getting the text from Lee and then he said she appeared upset and told him she had to go...so they left.... What is his name????... That is also the same day that Cindy went to Universal to meet Casey...(to see Caylee, which of course never happened) Also the same day Cindy posted her blog on MySpace. Something happened that day IMO, to set all this in motion, but what?

A lot of times the attorney acts as a go between. The person tells his attorney, the attorney goes to the prosecutor and says what if my client could clear up these points and he/she will admit to their part at trial....Would you give immunity? The attorney can't be called to testify on what he heard, and I think there may be some etiquette that the prosecutor can't use what he heard to make his case. It is something along the lines of the letter that JB sent to the prosecutor when he was trying to get a deal for KC.

I tend to agree with you on this one! At least 50% of the time. I know a lot of the thinking is rather exotic on this subject. My other 50% of the time, lol. But unless there is stuff we have never seen -- everything I have seen is pretty ordinary. Not exotic at all. What we have seen surely has no monetary value, etc.

I mean I think you are saying what you have seen is pretty ordinary.

Well, like I said in my earlier post...I don't know if the pic I saw in the P.L. threads was really KC, but it was NOT ordinary (in my book anyway lol). I don't think any father would want to see his daughter doing what this young woman was doing to another person (a male person who didn't have any pants on and kinda letting it all hang out if you get my drift!)

I know - I think that part of the time too. I'm just not sure how sophisticated she really is/was. She is constantly referred to as dumb dumb - then in next breath we say she must be doing something or has done something that would actually required a brain ..... so I don't know. Shall be interesting to see thats for sure.

Well, if he was out searching for her that night, I'd like a timeline of events. Just another thing to be curious about.

I found it....It was Troy's interview. Page 13 - 15 of the first doc dump (1328 - 1330 are the bold hand-written numbers at the bottom of those pages.) KC went to clubs downtown with TB and his friend Melissa. KC got visibly upset because LA called her and was coming to get her. She wanted to leave immediately, and they did. This was 7/3, the first time she met M and KC asked her to go get tatoos together.

Oh yes!! I have that pic in all it's ahem..glory. I'm still not convinced it is her though. The -pic girl is much prettier than the evil one, I think. LOL!

I just wanted to add...His destroying AH's key is OJ. He had no right to do that under the circumstances. LE was all over his home, his neice was missing, an investigation was already under way...

Just something to think about.

He told this to LE in the same way his mother talked of washing KC's pants. As though, in telling, he was absolved of any wrong-doing...

Given the circumstances (your neice has been missing for over a MONTH) why on earth would you take it in your hands to decide what may or may not be an important piece of evidence in finding her!???

Oh I understood what you were saying and are. I do. I guess I always wondered about 'bookings' etc. I mean the girl spent quite a bit of money and inspite of stealing -- the Anthony's couldn't have done all that. You know - follow the money. Her hot clothes seem to show up over and over - so not a lot of them. And then what still disgruntles me is we don't know where that girl spent all her days at!! :waitasec: I wanna know!!! Something has to get explained when that does.

Sure if Lee knew - I think he would try to get those pictures off that computer.

You might search for the word "proffer" in these forums. I recall seeing an expanation of how the instrument works, but I could never be trusted to explain it correctly here.

Why would he even be thinking about "destroying" a key? I wouldn't think something like that would even cross my mind after just finding out my neice was 'missing/kidnapped'. ..Very Odd....Everything they do is ODD imo.

I'm thinking the same way OLG. I believe that the pics they are talking about are the ones we have seen. LE would catagorize them as 'compromising' when describing them to a father.

I know, I know LOL! But why, if it's her, would only 1 picture be "leaked" by whoever controls them? Seems they would begin an outright assault posting them everywhere, making money off of them.
