i don't think he is the only "fix throwing" person in that family...think it extends to all the immediate family....however, I'm leaving their dogs and cat out of this since they have been in hiding during the outbursts....

**bolded by me**

Yea buddy!!!!! Dontcha wish THEY could talk - would love to hear THAT interview!!!!!!!

:crazy::crazy::crazy:

He's still not far away from that spot. Why not move across town if that was the reason?

Exactly!

Lee moved home because he's broke and can catch a free ride @ home ..
The guy hasn't worked full time in months ..
Of course he's broke ..

I could be totally wrong, but in the beginning, I really don't believe Lee thought KC did anything to Caylee. I don't think he really believed the nanny story, but I don't think he knew Caylee was dead or that KC did it. In the beginning....

So I was thinking maybe he did know some other things, like about the racy pictures and KC convinced him to wipe out her hard drive on the computer. Or maybe he didn't even know about the pictures and KC just convinced him there were things on the laptop that had nothing to do with Caylee, but that she didn't want Cindy or George to see and talked him into crashing it because of that. Hence Luka trying to say the OJ was not intentional.

Did Mallory live with him in that rented house? Maybe she needed a little distance from the drama. So he went home for a while.

where was LA during the 'meet & greet"? was he there or on the cell phone with DC???

He couldn't afford to live on his own ..

From what I've read, mallory moved back to her parents too ..

I have always felt that in the very beginning, all of them, GA, CA, and LA, were trying to get to the truth. They seemed genuinly concerned for Caylee and not so much about KC. But, then the first 72 hours or so passed, and they all changed. Their mannerisms, voices, speech patterns, all took a different turn, and it seemed from that point on they were only concerned about KC. When I listen to the very first calls, CA sounds so frantic, LA sounds almost angry at KC, telling her the truth will come out and she needs to talk, they sound real. But from the next few days on, boom. Total difference, and it has been that way ever since. Of course, JMO.

They mentioned it again last night on NG.

I would like to know what Lee has done that would cause him to get charged with obstruction and/or aiding and abetting. Those aren't "light" charges. That would mean that LE has very good reason to believe that LA is involved, at least after the fact.

Makes me wonder if he is the person on the other end of that phone call with DC.

Remember when Lee all of a sudden disappeared? Lots of us were wondering where Lee was. That was several months ago. Maybe he finally put all the clues together and realized that Caylee was in fact dead, and where she was. Maybe that's why he disappeared. He couldn't keep up the charade of looking for a 'missing' niece.

Of course, all of what I typed in that last paragraph is nothing more than speculation coming from my over-active imagination.

It is if you're lease is up and you no longer want to live within a stone's throw of where your neice's body was found! Give him a break.

So he doesn't want to live a stones throw from where her body was found, but he's ok with living in the house and possibly the room she was possiblykilled in? makes sense for the A family I guess!

The timing of the PI's video at the crime scene, or near it, and this news last night that Lee is seeking immunity is ODD. I have a feeling it is connected to conversations the PI may have had with Lee. They know LE is or has subpoened phone records...

I think the move back home may have been for financial reasons. LA probably has not been working a regular schuedule and he did have to secure a lawyer recently...

 Marla,

Agree. Most likely financial reasons. I would think the whole family could be having financial issues.

DC as in PI / Detective Casey?

"Possibly" the room she was killed in. The site where the remains were found were "definately" Caylee. Which location would you prefer?

The site the remains were found in was pretty much right in between Lee's and the A's right?:waitasec:

Exactly. There's been no confirmation that Caylee perished in the A's home. If his lease was running out and his parents are now going through their grief, what is so wrong with LA moving back in to try to help out? Not everything has to have an alterior motive. They've all got LE breathing down their necks, why not be there for each other whether it's for support, financial relief, shared grief, whatever?

considering LE stated the house was a crime sence when they went back after the remains were found. I would not stay in that house.

I am trying to get an answer to this. Cindy calls Lee and tells him to get kc on July 2nd. I believe it is afternoon.
Lee calls kc on her cell and she is sitting in a bar with Troy and Melissa and maybe others. kc receives the call and runs out of that place telling her friends that her brother is after her and she doesn't want to see him. They all leave and go somewhere else.

1. How did Lee know where kc was?

All of the charges mentioned as possibilities so far all indicate involvement after the fact, not before or during. Aiding and abetting (Which Florida really calls Accessory after the fact) requires knowledge of the crime and attempt to make it successful. The key will be when did Lee KNOW, not suspect, but know that Casey killed Caylee. His attempts at that point if any to help Casey avoid conviction would be criminal. The penalties under that statute are stiff too. If he is truly in deep he better hope for an obstruction charge and not an accessory charge.

777.03 Accessory after the fact.--

(b) Any person who maintains or assists the principal or accessory before the fact, or gives the offender any other aid, knowing that the offender had committed the offense of child abuse, neglect of a child, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child under 18 years of age, or murder of a child under 18 years of age, or had been an accessory thereto before the fact, with the intent that the offender avoids or escapes detection, arrest, trial, or punishment, is an accessory after the fact unless the court finds that the person is a victim of domestic violence.

(2)(a) If the felony offense committed is a capital felony, the offense of accessory after the fact is a felony of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

(b) If the felony offense committed is a life felony or a felony of the first degree, the offense of accessory after the fact is a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

Yes, this attorney is an oddball. I've never known a lawyer to ask for a witness to be subpoenaed before a trial date is set. Maybe he's never been involed in a trial before????

I liked my husbands theory after seeing a couple of clips of Lee's attorney. He said that this guy can't be an attorney and it has to be a Borat type stunt where he is just seeing how many interviews he can do and how many times he will be on TV before someone, anyone, figures out that he cannot possibly be an attorney. LOL. With this case, it really wouldn't be shocking would it?

That's pretty funny. :)
