Could Lee Anthony face charges for obstruction of justice?

Its my understanding these are 2 diff issues.. The pics were deleted the eve of 7/15 early am of 7/16 on the FAMILY PC, not the laptop.. The Yahoo account, which was the IM account, had been deleted by then. It also states (Det Wells questing LA) that it is done through a seperate computer and seperate account, but non-specific. In JG statement, he was able to tell LE exactly how many pics she deleted and of what, which I thought odd..

How would he know that? Did he get that info from the A's computer he was on on 7/16?

FOX just reported a bit onthis business about Lee being charged with aiding and abetting or obstruction of justice. Attorney speaking about this said that the A&A charges would have to mean that Lee was involved with the death and/or disposal and does not think this charge is viable. (She knows what we know, so it is just a guess on her part IMO). As for the obstruction charges, it could be as simple as the 3 remaining A's talking about the story they would tell or instructing one another NOT to say certain things. She also mentioned CA washing the clothes from the car and that it could be O of J and she could be charged as well.

She also mentioned that when Lee was conducting his own investigation, he may have given LE misleading information (purposefuly) in order to misdirect the investigators. Also, the fact that his lawyer mentioned possible charges means that SA/LE has already made Lee aware of this problem.

Just reporting from FOX.

If anything, I think that he messed up the computer and we know he threw away a key to something.

For those of you sleuthing about clues from KC to Lee during the video visit, she told him something about buying her new phone at the "mall, bottom left". We have all talked about the "bottom left" words, with all sorts of theories about it being the bottom left drawer of a dresser, etc.

I would think if LE suspected Lee was involved in the death/disposal, then extensive searches would have been done at his house and car. After finding Caylee, LE never searched Lee's. Right? Or is it possible we don't know about it?

The only thing is...LA claimed the laptop had a blue screen...that's a virus (windows). Don't know how he'd be able to contract that on his own.

To accept that a virus conveniently erased the computer we have to accept that LA tells only the truth. I think computer forensic techs can tell if your computer has had a virus or if it was wiped out manually. At least that is what I am counting on.

I'm sure they will know all. We're just trying to figure how it went from Casey being on the computer earlier in the evening to the computer wasn't working when LA picked it up.

Yup...sometime in the wee hours of the morning. LOL

True that the blue screen can appear after deleting files/or an attempt at reformatting...
DLL's that are deleted are more often the cause than viruses, in my lengthy experience.

Ok...he could access her account no doubt, had accessed pics before.

I think JG was keeping pretty close tabs on KC via online. That could explain why he knew what was deleted.

nope...something to do with providing transportation to events
