you know imho that is telling kids that parents dont have the right to disipline them .. yet parents are expected to take care of thier kids and be responsible for them .. but they cannot disipline them ? no wonder why some kids go around killing parents and others .. they are basically being taught hey we can do whatever we want and our parents have to pay the price for it . that is how im seeing it lately .when i was a kid id get a swift kick in the ass but id listen lol cuz i didnt want it again

I couldn't agree more, zadari!!! This is just shocking, to me. Sure makes me glad I don't have any young ones of my own - I can't imagine how parents are supposed to raise their children without any consequences or discipline nowadays. No wonder our world's going to chit!! :furious:

I'm surprised both parents have to give permission. Here I don't have to have my ex sign permission slips. They do things very differently in Canada.

I think American judges would come down hard (verbally) on the girl for even thinking of bringing such a frivolous lawsuit to court.

It seems like if we can all see the mother behind this, the judge should be able to see it too. I hope the judge hears from parents all over Canada expressing displeasure.
