I hope I can get it in Canada.

This is very exciting. I can remember coming home from work and watching for hours and hours. It's good for the public to see what real trials are like as they rarely resemble what you see on television or in movies.

I'm elated over this news
Personally I will enjoy seeing all the old timers if they return.
The more the merrier.
Some great trials coming up too.

We need it, at least we’ll get updates on cases.

I still haven't noticed it on my cable system. Has anyone else?

From the original article that I posted in December:

...For more than 20 years, Court TV brought high-profile courtroom dramas, including the trials of O.J. Simpson, the Menendez brothers and Casey Anthony, into American living rooms. Continuing that legacy, the new Court TV network will launch in May 2019 and run 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It will be available for cable, satellite, over-the-air and over-the-top carriage...

Can’t wait for May. Let me guess, I’ll need to adjust my cable package—lol!

https://www.broadcastingcable.com/news/new-court-tv-sets-may-8-as-date-for-launch

The new Court TV being created by E.W. Scripps’ Katz Networks unit, will have its launch on Wednesday, May 8 at 9 a.m. ET, the company said.

The morning shift on the Court TV news desk will be occupied by Yodit Tewolde. At noon, Julie Grant anchors and at 3 p.m. Seema Iyer takes over.

When courtroom action ends for the day, the network’s primetime programming cuts in with Closing Arguments with Vinnie Politan airing from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. ET. Politan, who appeared on the original Court TV, is the new Court TV’s lead anchor.

Court TV already has agreements with local TV station group owners reaching more than 50% of U.S. television households at launch through over-the-air broadcast, with concurrent cable carriage reaching 25% of U.S. cable homes

It is frustrating waiting to find out if our Comcast will carry it, and if so .... what channel. I hope it is as good as we expect.

Thanks for the updates!

I am just now in contact with Comcast, they don't see it through customer service, but they say it may be on Comcast but they don't know yet. I found this on YouTube, Vinny introducing us to court TV offices Etc.

Customer support said I could communicate My Wish for them to work on having them carry this station by filling out a form for one of the vice-presidents contact which I am attaching here..

" Comcast Care Chat:

Send Tom Feedback - Xfinity Support - Comcast Corporation

I would use this link. It's a place to send feed back to Tom Karinshak, who is the Executive Vice President of customer service."

(Ha! Also a handy link to retain for those Comcast users in case you have customer service problems lol)

So, does anybody know if their carrier is going to have this channel yet?

Thanks BUF! Woohoo! Comcast will be carrying it in my area!

But l... have you figured out what channel it will be? Here, it says it will be carried by Detroit channel WXYZ, but that is a local station that would be highly unlikely to change its programming so drastically. I am hoping Comcast picks it up here, too.
