Crime Scene Photos #3 ***WARNING - GRAPHIC DISCUSSION***

Sorry this post is not exactly related to the crime scene photos at all (and I realize mods have all right to remove), but since everyone here is closely looking at photos I thought I would beg to get your opinion on something that has bothered me for months :crazy: Am I way off or do YOU see any similarities in this walk (Casey on the right). Look at how high the heel is off the ground and the position of the toes:

It's just been festering so long, and when there's so many eyes here looking at photos I couldn't resist. I'm probably really mistaken but thank you and I promise I'll stay on topic in the future!

Ok, I'll bite, it looks similar to me, is this something we need to take to the basement?

You might actually wanna take the side-by-side over to that case's forum and thread it there...just a thought.

FWIW, when you look @ the full pic of the one you cropped from the other case I think you can see the back of the individual's head. That individual seemed to have a high/short haircut in the back unlike anything I've seen Casey have in recent years pics.

Also, FWIW, on that case thread if you open it. I'd suggest someone familiar w/ the area go get the angle of the camera and use the fence to establish the exact scale of the individual's features. That way you can tell almost exactly how tall that person is...what size shoe they wear, etc. Just a thought. PM me the link if you open a thread on that case forum. TIA!

If this is a book, it is the one Caylee was reading to PawPaw. KC mentioned it to LE when describing the minute phone call she had with Caylee on the 15th of July at noon. ("we have a video of her reading that book")

She was setting up the fact that the book would be found with/around Caylee if and when she was located. I am just waiting to hear about her shoes.

I'm so glad you said that! I originally "saw" that picture as a still of the tape taken with Caylee and her great grandfather on June 15 - in which she is on his lap and reaching her arm up to give him a kiss. The back of her head is in profile and her little ponytail is showing. The dark spot above the man's head which some say is a hat, corresponds with a planter that shows over the great grandfather's head in the actual video. I thought maybe that Cindy had printed it out and put it in her book that day so she could take it home - or that either Cindy or KC had printed it after Caylee arrived home from the Mt. Dora visit - for instance if she had downloaded that video to her computer the same evening.

I have tried hard to see other images since then that other people see, and have succeeded, to a certain degree. But this is the image that keeps stealing back in to my head. Almost more than any other item that might have been found - (which would have had to be proved relevant by an inventory of Caylee's toys or wardrobe, or corroborated as being hers by appearing in photos at the home), this is an item that would have lead LE to immediately search the Anthony home.[/QUO TE]

Now that you describe it I can see the same thing. Still can't see the couch or baby laying down.

Looking again this morning...

1) I can see what some are saying 'bout the item laying next to the book possibly being pic of a man. Perhaps it is the side-panel of an Abercrobie & Fitch-style shopping bag? My eyes & brain are havin' quite the game of this whole exercise.

2) I colorized (in red) an inverted version of the 'wheeled item' I'm seeing in the 195831.jpg to help it stand out better below. For reference two of the lens flare spots are in frame now as grey/black spots. I'm thinking this is either a collapsed stroller, a luggage cart, or a portable shopping cart as CCM suggested. If anyone can point me to a pic of Caylee's stroller that would help. I looked through the image-only thread w/o success.

caylee was nearly 3, cindy, casey, lee and george all had cars and she was hardly an out doors kinda child. she spent her whole life in that house. i don't think she had a stroller, bond.

I think she may have mentioned having the hair cut or changed based on the One Tree Hill 100th episode where the nanny kidnaps the child and dyes his hair.

She evidently did not cut her hair because the hair they found was consistent with the known length of Caylee's hair when they found it in the trunk of the car with the death band.

During her first interview with Melich, which I think took place at her home, she stated that Caylee had distinct features which would be recognizable even if her hair was cut or changed (some WSer mentioned changed meant dyed). This statement was probably based on the kidnapping scenario from the One Tree Hill episode with the nanny kidnapping. I don't think she changed Caylee's hair but that statement crept into her interview based on the TV show's kidnapping scene which she searched on her computer, in between the neckbreaking and chloroform searches.

I just can't get the resolution on my software that I'm seeing in some of the other posts.

Maybe not new, but...

1) With the inverted view there appears to be a backpack hanging by one handle from the tree. The lines are straight and connected at almost right-angles...not a natural occurrence. In full-color view it almost appears that the covering of the bag has torn away from the framework and is hanging there basically inside out. Maybe...maybe not.

2) Around what maybe the pic next to the book appears to be something zebra striped and/or checkered. It kinda reminds me of those black & white Sassy-brand photo frames that are made to stimulate infants visual development. It could also be a toy zebra.

Right next to the rear of the Zebra/Tiger is another skull. I see skulls everywhere.

But, seriously look at the striped toy, right above the front is something with a black arrow on it, pointing upward. The edges are too crisp to be a leaf folded over. The arrow points up and at the tip of the arrow is a photo looking thing - Caylee.

I see the photo thing sticking out the edge of the book thing and know exactly what photo it is, I just can not find it. Is there a place where ALL the photos can be viewed? I looked in the sticky and didn't see what I am looking for.
