Your entitled to your opinion AND I'm entitled to mine. Why is it that those of you who are convinced that Crystal is guilty of HaLeigh's disappearance can spout off your opinions left and right and yet when anyone states an opinion on Ronald, Misty . . . we're demanded to provide facts and "just the facts."

I don't think Crystal took her and I've never seen anybody say that she did here.

ETA - plus the 2nd set filed by Crystal's attorney. I am not including that.

Let me clarify - there is the transcript, and the Report of the Magistrate. Plus the Motion for Rehearing by Crystal's attorney which includes his Objection to the findings of the Magistrate.

I don't know anything about Crystal and her attorney. The decision from the court was done by the first week of Jan.06.

I would like to see what her lawyer had to say. Sure shows me that people who were saying she didn't fight were mistaken..

If you provide a link for her attorney's objections, it would be helpful.

Busy didn't post the fact, you did. You had to have seen it somewhere to make the statement you did. I've read the court papers,I just don't remember seeing that and that is why I'm asking.

I wish I could figure out how to copy and paste sections of the court papers - but on page 6 line 1 - RC states he lives on 111 Shoreline and had lived there about 3 months. It states that his mother leases the mobile home in her name and allows RC to live there with the children.

Page 7 lines 11-15 - Did you have custody of the children when you lived there - he answers yes me and the mother - we were together when I lived there.

Volady..we must be looking at different court papers. I am reading the court papers of 12-27-05. What are you reading?

Page 44 of the 12-27 hearing. Also, on page 6, RC says he lives in a mobile home leased by his mother. He did not say he owns it.


Can you open the file that has the January hearing? According to Crystal, in the ten days since the last hearing, including holidays, she had a new job, a home with a mortgage in her name and a new loving relationship.

As for the police report and Crystal it could have been filled out shortly after LE got there and started talking to Ron, TN, Misty etc...TN or Ron could have given that info to LE about Crystal since she is Haleigh's mother , LE probally asked for it so they would have some info on file about her to notify her and other reason's I'm sure..

That is exactly what I think happened.

That's also why I think some of Crystal's information is wrong on the police report - I think TN probably gave the info for the report and got it incorrect.

The online article that is still available says they arrived mid-morning, however, iirc, it was closer to noon.

This us just an example of early bad reporting. The newscaster in Satsuma says Junior is two years old and that Crystal flew in from Georgia earlier that afternoon.

In most cases that I've followed there are many, many errors is reporting when an event has just occurred.

Nomoresorrow - the post that you quoted was my response to Whisper saying RC or mommy scheduled the appointment. So I am not sure where you are coming from. I have no problem with opinions, however some do not state things as opinions they state them as fact when that is not the case at all. I don't believe Crystal took Haleigh. To me this discussion has nothing to do with Haleigh going missing actually, it is all about those wanting to place blame on RC for every one of Crystals actions.

If you search my post I have said over and over that I don't know if the Judge made the right decision, based on the information he was provided by both parties, based on the review of the DCF file, and the family violence file I don't really see how he could make any other decision. The Judge can only make decisions based on the information he is provided. I respect people stating their opinion, but I have a problem with people stating things as facts when the documents clearly do not state things being presented.

The police report does not state this - Crystal does state part of it in one of her interviews that she was asked by TN if she had Haleigh. IMO LE arriving at the scene of a missing child would want to account for the parents, in the case of the parents not living together the first thing that is gonna be questioned is does the other parent by chance have the child. It makes perfect sense to me that LE got Crystals info from TN, TN called Crystal and asked her if she had Haleigh, no she does not investigation continues.

I keep reading comments about " Crystal not getting out of bed ". 1st where is that coming from ? and 2nd did anyone ever to stop and think maybe just maybe she was depressed and not lazy ? Alot of women get depressed after having children. Perhaps it is one of the reasons for missing appointments, if she did not have a car and had to arrange for rides to get Haleigh to and fro how do we know if the person that was giving her a ride didnt flake out or have something come up...sheesh. If Ron was so above it all why did he not help her get her license so she could take Haleigh ? Or take the time off work himself to make sure Haleigh got there to help Crystal ? If he was so concerned...as he states to the court ?
If he knew the court date fell on the same day as Jr. appointment he should have changed it ! He was the one with control of the children at that time not Crystal, JR may have been visiting at the time but Ron should have changed that appointment for that boy because that was his job since he took it upon himself to take on these children period. Crystal was living 100 mile's away. If he gave half a carp as you all are claiming Ron would have made sure those appointments for those children were made when they would be in his care given the distance of Crystal so that Haleigh and Jr got their care. He made it that way. I am sure Ron can pick up a calender and determine when Crystal's visits occurred, and the doc's office can work around schedules especially if given more then 2 weeks notice, I know because I have a child with special needs !

Definitely Tom's Girl, looking back on the early articles some details were way off, names, ages. I do remember her arrival being eagerly anticipated, but agree a lot of details were all messed up. I guess they jump to get stories in. I watched a NG episode today, and someone called Caylee Anthony's mother Cindy several times. Even here I see people who almost 6 months later have trouble with the spelling of Crystal and HaLeigh.

Good to hear that tom's girl...isn't it a fact then that it is not an investigative report that it is a synopsis of what happened at the scene of the crime?

You have to realize that this appointment was probably made before December 5th when custody was awarded to RC. So at the time he had no clue when Crystal would have the children and when she would not. RC offered to take JR to the appointment if Crystal brought JR back the night before or early that morning, she chose not to - he wasn't making her responsible for taking the child to the Dr, but he had to have JR in order to get him to the Dr. Also need to realize the December 27th court date was not set until at least December 12th. The not getting out of bed is based on statements Crystal herself made during the custody hearing that was one of the excuses she used for Haleigh missing 12 drs appointments over a period of time.

Once RC received custody there has been no mention in court documents of the children missing Drs appointments, so it appears that RC does what is necessary to get the children to their appointments.

Mystic the not getting out of bed was stated by Crystal. Please read the court docs. No offense, it's difficult to discuss facts when clearly a lot of people haven't read the documents that are right here at our fingertips. JMO
