The drug use is based on actions and an audio of Cobra and Johnny S maybe that is hearsay I don't know. IMO it is obvious there is still current drug use by Crystal.

I don't understand the right side wrong side? If someone was coming to help find my daughter or granddaughter I wouldnt care who they were working with, I certainly wouldnt try to stop donations etc that could help find my daughter or granddaughter.

An unverified claim of drug abuse is not grounds for accusations of drug abuse. This claim then is not only hearsay, but I would imagine kind of libelous.

In regards to CS's involvement in her children's lives while they were with Ron, I think the dynamics between Misty and Crystal are important. For example, Misty may have been jealous of the children's relationship with Crystal and hence Misty discouraged contact from CS while the children were under her care. Misty states the children loved her and she was really good to those kids, so why would they need their other mother? Any sincere efforts from Crystal towards her children could have been misunderstood by Misty as interference and rejected.

This was always something that has hung in the back of my mind. During an interview MC makes a comment about the children and a round about reference to their Mother.

Rather than view it as an insignificant comment uttered by a young and naive 17 yr old girl. I have always seen it as a comment that was an indication to the animosity that this girl feels towards Haleigh and Jr.'s Mother.

FWIW, I have yet to see CS make a derogatory comment about MC. If I have missed it please show me where to find it, I would appreciate it.

Crystal confirmed on NG that she got her driver's license when she was 20 years old which in my mind helped me understand why it was difficult for her to transport her children from place to place when they lived with her and Ron. If Ron was driving a vehicle when Crystal and he lived together, then Ron should have been providing transportation for his family to doctor's appointments, etc. IMO.
We discussed on the Q & A thread recently that Misty did not have her driver's license until she married Ron yet on this video Misty openly states she drove HaLeigh and her brother's children to school sometimes.

I also remember Crystal stating that ron had discussed with Crystal that Haleigh could not miss any more school and have wondered if it was discussed at that time what time HaLeigh gets out of school and off the bus. The other thing that stood out was Crystal accusing Misty of a three day drug bing based on CP and WBG statements (on video for Cobra). We all have taken that and ran ,but, it has never been confirmd by LE and the credibility of these two and the persons responsible for the Breaking News and Crystals recent responses to the suggestion that it was not fact but a rumor should give us pause and good reason to be asking some questions and seeking answers..

I have to agree this is very important and is very obvious. This is a reason for MOTIVE in my opinion as well. Misty seems to rub a few women the wrong way in Florida, maybe that is why the Croslins are all getting out of that neck of the swampy woods. That bus has been upgraded to military tanks at this point.

I don't think the concept of rumor applies here. IMO a rumor would be if neighbors and the check out girl at Walmart and other persons who are not in a position to know for certain said that Misty maybe was on a drug binge. But WBG and NN are the very people who know if she was with them or not. We've seen them on video saying she was, and if it's incorrect it's not a rumor, it's a lie.

You said it not me. I would like to know what did CP and WBG get out of placing themselves into a child abduction case to begin with. Try to see it from the point of you are NAY NAY and you just got out of jail (bond posted by Cobra)WTH would you have to gain by placing your self in the mix and doing it on camera? Funny how that search done by the Sheffield family that involved "tampered with evidence" or what blstark says was staged; we seem to have forgotten that the keys found belonged to NAY NAY and Amber Brooks just happened to have borrowed the car and got it stuck there and lost the keys. CS claims a phycic gave her the location. WTH? That seems a little far fetched to me and with the inside scoop from Nay Nay given to Cobra it is more likely it was a oppertunity to throw another victim under the (Maries) bus. ... I mean Tank.

Supposing that they really spent time with Misty the previous weekend they were placed in a child abduction case by default. Supposing they didn't, they must have been really stoopid plus stoned off their brains to think it was a good idea to try to insert themselves in the case, giving interviews that implicated themselves in a number of illegal acts because it doesn't seem to make any sense. Hope they have good alibis...

I don't think there's any reason Junior needs a cell phone. He's only 4 year's old. Most kids his age have toy cell phones.

Under the modified custody agreement which was docketed in July 14th:

communication between Crystal and the children was one of the issues that was worked out between Crystal and Ron. Hopefully with that spelled out, there won't be any questions, nor any problems. It's definitely in Junior's best interest to have BOTH his parents involved in his life.


Here is a portion of the agreement filed with the Court showing that both parties are allowed daily phone contact while with the other parent. This was signed by the Judge on July 13, 2009. If neither parent abides by the agreement, s/he will be in contempt of Court.

You missed the point.... CRYSTAL HAD BEEN IN THE HOME PRIOR... per Marie. When has LE said that there where inconsistancies in Misty's story about the sleeping arrangements? I do not believe LE has stated that WAS an inconsistancie. Give it a look and See if you can find it coming from LE. The inconsistancies started with a reporters mistake and then taken and ran with by the Sheffield family members in the media coverage for days beging on 2/13/09.IMO

What reporter's mistake? I have heard Misty and Ron on video giving several different stories about the sleeping arrangements, and I don't understand how the Sheffields or the reporters can be blamed for it.

I am not going to argue about it. She said it with conviction and that just doesn't come with out some first hand knowledge IMO. Under the circumstances she has put enough statements out there and on tape to allow LE that wealth of information she has shared and denied to get to the bottom of all her "inconsistancies".
ETA I am calling it a night. It is not my goal to particapate in a debate ,but, slueth and find Haleigh.
