10pm Fox News NY Channel 5 just had a brief live press conference. Raymond Clark has been served a search warrant. They are bringing him into the station for DNA/Saliva samples now. They said they will release him if he cooperates, as this is not an arrest warrant. Conference over.

They claim to have known his location all along, served search warrants to him at home. Have been "with him" since they took this case over.
He has an attorney.
Has to comply with search, will be arrested if he doesn't.

He's a lab technician.
Evidence could take 24-72 hours (from body warrant)
He is a POI based on who had access to building, who was in what room when, etc.
Have a lot of evidence from crime scene. About 150 pieces.
Other people have voluntarily provided DNA.
End of week, should have an idea...?
No 8 a.m. briefing tomorrow morning, will have 3:00 p.m.
