Wow. Who was supposed to be supervising the kids, and are they the same person who owned the gas can and lighter used by the kids?

Wow, I was NOT expecting that.
I still hope that little dude has a speedy recovery. Some sort of investigation needs to go into this. JMO

reading between the lines this seems like drama between neighbors and unsupervised children.

This is terrible, but don't take it out on the kids. I'd recommend that they use the 🤬🤬🤬 money to pay Dominick's uninsured medical bills, if he has them (he probably does) and give the rest back, unless it's held in trust for mental health therapy, which he definitely will need. I AM glad that he's healing well; no 6-year-old deserves to go through something like this.

Honestly both parents should be charged for neglect or reckless endangerment
