JS gets a re-cross, right? If so PG is going to have to come in the morning, poor guy.
I was thinking the same thing, ugh.

State asking now about the Tacoma key.

PG says that FD said he had to call MT. FD told him not to mention the key to LE. "Keep Michelle out of it."

  • #323
PG was looking for tickets to Poland for his wife and kids, for the summer.

  • #324
State asks about MT saying something about burying JFd with the dog. Did he find that to be a joke? No.

  • #325
State asking about the Tacoma, whether it always needed jumping

Asking about seeing Stephan, whether PG was invited to dinner.

When PG saw FD last -- May 31st

It was PG's only vehicle, he needed it back.

Glad they’re hammering on this statement. That one sentence can have a page written about it and what it shows.

Chinese restaurant--

State do you have a specific recollection of which day you ate there? No. State: but it could have been the 24th? Could have.

[Whyyyyy did the State go here????]

  • #329
State asking about his vehicle searches--

Was driving company vehicles.

PG told FD a full year prior he was looking to sell the Tacoma.

State: in the time, did FD ever wash your car? No. Ever detail your car? No. Ask you to change the seats.

But in the week after JFd disappeared.....

Now asking about the keys.

PG did not give MT permission to take them.

MT said she had to do something with rugs.

MT never called him to say she had his keys.

I think just to show that he wasn't lying, it was almost five years ago.

PG removed the Raptor plates because FD had hit something. Asked PG to fix the bumper.

Boy did JS try to make that sound nefarious. Such a simple explanation from PG.

  • #334
Re-direct.

JS: you saw the keys? Nothing prevented you from taking them? You told the police that you thought she took them so they wouldn't be left out.

JS asking if he had a receipt for the motorbike.

  • #335
State's last question: did the defendant sell you the motorbike? Yes.

Court is adjourned until tomorrow. 10 am

  • #336
Cheers!!! To Pawel!!!!

  • #337
Stunning. Every tree defense tries to bark up is cut down...by the truth. What a witness. Go have a nice beer, Pawel, you earned it.

  • #338
Sounds like FD and MT were scamming PG on the motorbike.

Using FD's project manager as yet another ATM machine that was not theirs to go to for cash without due consideration.
So clear MT was totally broke “socialite” probably living off Nicole child support! She had a loan for a dirt bike that she still paying off when it’s worth less than $2,000 and she is paid $120k and RUNS a rug business. She moved the bike up from Florida? And, it was too big for her.
Vindictive, petty, spiteful and broke

  • #339
On a serious note…

This whole steal the dirt bike from PG is devastating to defence imo as it speaks directly to character of MT or rather lack of character….

Stunning stuff.

State could never have planned this total face plant by defence either…but state was prepared so kudos to them.

What a mess as without even testifying MT is shown to be a total liar and scammer.

Moo
Yes, and wish we could love or like a response more than once :) Very nicely stated afitzy! Maybe wondering too if WS needs a fireworks emoji? As in what we just saw today. And us not young people might say, I think we witnessed a Perry Mason (courtesy of Raymond Burr) moment today.

My hope is that a limousine with his wife on board awaits PG, with a trailer for his wife's sedan, all paid for by the P's to drive this good , solid, earnest, honest American citizen back home to Simsbury.
Amen and MOO.
