I have to admit to being more than a bit angry that the size of the exhibits makes it so hard for the jury to see and understand.

Then we have Defence counsel prancing around holding his own handouts that can’t be seen by anyone.

Very frustrating imo.

How can anyone follow JS’s questions in order to answer them??

They can’t and that is why many judges won’t accept this style of what I call “testimony cross” as it is confusing and makes a terrible record. Defence counsel style imo is simply a nightmare. It bothers me that judge r is working so hard to protect the record and god bless anyone on appeal to understand what the hell the point is. What is so maddening is that it’s all being done deliberately too.
