Wow wth just bloody speechless jmoo
FD wasn't authorised to pick up children so the JF backup pickup was LA imo. Perhaps she had another local friend as well, but FD had been banned from NCCS for prior infractions. MOOThe nanny is my guess. Or maybe he was so delusional that he thought the school would call him but I doubt that JFd had that sort of emergency plan in place.
No jury yesterday. Judge was quite smart imo in that regards. Was the discussion yesterday re: MT's computer in front of the jury? MOO that doesn't bode well for her just on a personal/character level
So agree.What a joke
Getting used to being disappointed in this caseSo disappointing jmoo
His choice of going 'tit for tat' between competing parties is such an awful approach as the drama will continue and no doubt escalate. So PO'd. This judge applied "relativism" - describing events that occurred (one of JFD's longtime friends reporting the defendant's blatant violation of the judge's order on sealed document) as "competing families" rather than holding defendant or her mother accountable for their behavior in contempt of court and in continuing contempt of the primary victim in this case.
They probably took it and had it wiped or disposed of.MT has no laptop.
I agree, I expect this to escalate the drama between the two sides. should be an interesting "pep rally" on the courthouse steps during lunch break today. His choice of going 'tit for tat' between competing parties is such an awful approach as the drama will continue and no doubt escalate.
Thought Judge R was better than this but I guess not.
Disappointing.

It IS an awful approach because by applying that approach this judge just lent validation to this defendant's claims to LE (and others) that she was victim to JFD's power plays. His choice of going 'tit for tat' between competing parties is such an awful approach as the drama will continue and no doubt escalate.
