Witness provided thumb drive to LE.

JS objects to the video again. Overruled again.

So sorry, I was out…will the ME be testifying?
I think the ME can still testify. It'll just be limited.

State has witness identify locations of 69 Welles, Weed St. and Waveny Park.

JS couldn't find any case law going all the way back to the writing of the Constitution.

[I am guessing he did that search over the lunch break.]
He got in the boat and is on his way to check out UK law.

State playing various clips from various cameras of the hooded bike rider passing by his property.

The juxtaposition of morning beauty and the evil riding by is horrifying.

Definitely saw someone dressed in dark clothes on a bicycle in that last one

That was creepy.
Side note Todd's property is beautiful.

Black Suburban drives by!

Wow, no ME testimony :(

Beautiful property and FD turned JFd's Suburban into a hearse.

Call me crazy but the State can't put an expert on the stand in support of the basis of their case, that JFd is deceased and a victim of homicidal violence.

The Judge is indicating that the jury cam make that determination?????? They are astute buy they aren't experts!

Is this the same ME who sent LE back to Welles to collect additional samples of biological material?????

Where does the State go from here?

Leave it to the jury to weigh whether she's deceased, whether a victim, whether homicide? And get no resolution on the hard white object?

Could the State be wrapping up? Still have the defendant's phone/carrier geolocation testimony but we can already guess what that'll confirm. So what's left?

KM?

And we are done for the day.

Is there a reason for this ridiculously short day? Was the jury even there today, at all? Did they see the inside of the courtroom? If I was a juror in this trial, I’d be very aggravated by my days being wasted having to go in just to sit in a room…

JS took up most of the day with untimely motions.

His win for the day, however, cost the State its final witness for the day. The State had no other witnesses ready. Therefore court was adjourned.

Yep, part of the overarching “strategy”—obfuscate, intimidate, agitate, frustrate. Right in line with his client, the murderer, and the other conspirator(s), IMO

ETA: Today felt like the Mad Hatter’s tea party.
