How does Shoehorn not know how business records are admitted in a trial? I think his stupid arguments are all for show because his client doesn't understand court procedure and he thinks this makes him look like he's doing more than he's doing

I think he wanted a few days to figure out his plan. My guess is this data could possibly simply light the match to set his client on fire as it should disclose all the location missing pieces that we have been trying to figure out for a very long time.

We shall see how it goes…

Interesting... given that MT had identified both an incoming and an outgoing call from "Mami" at very close to the time JFD was departing New Canaan Country Day School. See "8:02" entry. Also a 16 minute outgoing call to that number at 7:45.

FD's phone at home cell site. Litany of unanswered calls. Incoming call at 8:26. Answered.
MT's phone back at 4 JC, making a phone call.

At 1:53 MT called FD. She was at 4 JC. FD was in Avon.

MT and FT exchanged calls alternating between locations in Avon and 4 JC during the afternoon.
