I actually believe that nothing is going to happen tomorrow. This is what happens when civilized people are forced to deal with uncivilized people-you don’t bring the hammer down on them. I have a neighbor that I have been dealing with for about 15 years. He actually reminds me a little bit of fD, in his “the rules don’t apply to me” attitude. I was nice and neighborly every time he dumped crap and cut down my trees, and did not sue him for 3x the cost of the trees when I could’ve. Each time I think I have finally gotten through to him, and then he pulls that nonsense again. But next time, I’m going to have him arrested…see, this judge hasn’t gotten to that point yet, and he needs to.

MOO not happy with what the Defense slid into record with questions -- sustained, over the double yellow line -- but the implications sits. One parent had a psychological evaluation. The other parent was getting increased visitation.

So wrong. So unfair. Such misrepresentation.

It's ugly. But it's also clear to the jury that FD is a homicidal liar. And the LE interviews have the police sowing doubt about any impactful MH condition. They kept saying, Fotis told you that, right? I don't think the jury will think there was anything more "wrong" with Jennifer than the normal MH disorders they may have, which don't prevent their service. And I'm sure they would empathize with the stress of divorcing a homocidal liar who is concerned the custody arrangements were impacting his relationship with MT, rather than that MT was impacting his relationship with his children.

The livestream is only part of the problem. There are people in that courtroom who are seeing it. Literally anyone can be sitting in there all day long, and watching what she is doing. Audrey Felson pretending that it’s the problem of the livestream is BS. The problem is her client. And-what are they going to do about MT and her family mouthing stuff towards the jury? Eliminating the livestream won’t fix that problem.

Are we going to get store cameras of them potentially buying lime, ponchos, tyvek suits, zip ties, etc? Why do we not get transaction data? I get they probably paid cash, but the store can just pull all the SKUs of interest for LE at check out and give them the cameras to investigate the times in which they were purchased. I work in supply chain management, and everything in a store is traceable if there is a SKU and a camera. This would prove conspiracy if they can tie Michelle to purchase through cameras.

IDK, I firmly believe that Judge R extended every courtesy and benefit of the doubt to the Defendant and her Counsel.

But, I also believe that Judge R has a solid BS meter and well understands the meaning of the term 'gutter ball'. He knows its an elbows out disgusting game that has zero place in a civilised Court of Law.

I truly thought MT and the Troconis Crew and Defence Counsel Jon Schoenhorn and Audrey Felson would keep their dirty game of "gutter ball' out on social media. But, instead they brought it right into the Courtroom today for all to see.

Judge R imo ought to be incandescent with rage that this happened in his Courtroom.

I hope we see consequences for Defence Counsel and MT but I frankly doubt we will.

What I would like to see is for Judge R to enter the Courtroom tomorrow am and simply declare a mistrial.

Then, try this case again with a gag order and no cameras and a new jury so that justice might be done.

I hate saying this as its what Jon Schoenhorn, Audrey Felson an Michelle Troconis have wanted to happen since the beginning of trial and so this gives them their want.

But, attorneys of the ilk of Jon Schoenhorn and Audrey Felson and Defendants of the ilk of Michelle Troconis are a dime a dozen in jail and so don't matter here so much as seeing justice done and I don't see how justice can be done if a discredited report which is sealed is allegedly being shown in Court.

I do think if a mistrial is called that the Defendant (not calling her MT ANYMORE) should be remanded to jail for the duration of the new trial and done effective tomorrow as punishment for publishing the discredited report and because she represents a serious flight risk.

Anger doesn't even begin to cover the feelings surrounding having 4+ weeks of trial effectively flushed down the sewer where I fully believe we have ended up because of the Defendant and the Troconis Crew as it is where they permanently reside imo.

I am incensed on behalf of the family of JF and the minor victims in the case for whom the Defendant has not a care as all she cares about is herself.

Judge R did zero to impose a gag so imo he is totally to blame here. Judge Blawie got the lay of the land with Pattis and imposted a gag and it was upheld to the CT Supreme CT iirc.

Quite simply disgusting behaviour today but this behaviour isn't new and its been going on now for 4 years from the Troconis crew on social media.

Troconis's freedom is on the line- it's very high stakes. It woukd be inappropriate to not provide an interpreter IMO.

It's not something to look at from a tax payer point of view. If it were not provided I suppose it could save a bundle because she could win the appeal and the very high cost of incarceration could be avoided. I don't think that is what you want.

In fact, if tax savings is the goal, why prosecute at all?

Or, we could hire a language forensic expert to evaluate her skills, including her skills under the severe stress of threat of incarceration, and also deal with defense's counter experts on the subject if her language abilities. Then, if we "win," we will have spent all the money that could have gone to the interpreter for that. And if we lose, we spring for the interpreter all the same.

Aside from the fact that nobody wants to hear that annoying drone in court, I don't get the resistance to the interpreter. I think her language deficits are real even though she is bilingual. But even if I thought she were faking it, IMO, there is nothing to gain in arguing about that. She says she has a boo-boo. Even if you don't believe it, why not slap on the bandage and move on?
