I thought I heard her say during an interview that she was cleaning windows and could see Fotis through the window as he was outside putting up the fence to protect the newly seeded grass????

Moo
I think she had said she was cleaning the bathroom and looked out the window....

Here's what I think happened: I think KM drove the Toyota back while FD had his own Chevy Suburban in New Canaan (to which he transferred JFD's body). FD expected that KM would dispose of the bags of bloody paper towels which KM had transferred to the Toyota after driving JFD's Suburban (after body handoff and FD Suburban handoff) to Lapham Rd where the Toyota was parked. When FD and MT later arrived at 80 MS Rd, they discovered the bags of bloody paper towels in the Toyota.

The bags of bloody paper towels were not part of the conspiracy plan, but happened because JFD fought back more than anticipated. So, the plan didn't account for anyone disposing of the bags of bloody paper towels. KM didn't do it, so FD and MT had to once they discovered them in the Toyota. Burning them in the east fireplace of 4JC was an improvisation.
Why is there no video surveillance of the Suburban besides of it parked on Thurton Drive? Surely they would have caught it on another camera that day if it was not in Farmington.

MT: I think I took his phone to charge it.

MT says FD was outside, she was inside or on the terrace. But she took his phone to 4 JC to charge it.

Because 80 MS has no outlets?

Afternoon recess

State says it will likely rest midweek.

State thinks Defense experts should be prohibited.

Prosecution still has nothing on the defense experts expected to testify next week

whoa, it is getting chippy in the courtroom!

JS is talking over both McGuinness and Judge Randolph.

Judge halts argument. Goes to recess.

She always gives two to three answers to questions. Ex where were you when FD called you - I was at the house, or I was driving somewhere on the road, I don't know. It's so frustrating to me, kudos to LE who spent three hours with her on this 3rd investigation.
I hope LE went out for a beer or cocktail after this interview as it’s all mind numbing.

JS has an expert -- preeminent expert -- on issues affecting memory...

I find him so extremely rude

Drinking game: every time she says “ehhh”, take a sip of hard seltzer. You will down a whole 6 pack, I guarantee you.

I have never seen any video of the suburban parked at the dead end of Thurton. Just a rumor about it being there the day before Jennifer’s murder. I think that rumor as dispelled. Imo

So JS is constructing his case on the fly? They're going to bring in an expert, last minute, to what? Explain why MT was misremembering so many details?

Perhaps she can help him remember where he left his “motion in lemondade”….

Why does defence need an expert on memory?

To explain why defendant can’t tell LE where body of JF is?

This is insanity!

In it to spin it.

She wasn't lying. She's suffering from forgetfulness. In Spanish.

Looks like JS wants to spring a memory expert on the state giving them no time to prepare their cross of the witness or do any reasearch on the subject matter
